【摘要】：通过解读杨步伟的《杂记赵家》和《一个女人的自传》两书并引证其他资料,评述了赵元任这位文理兼通、多才多艺的语言大师的学术生涯及其在世界学术领域的成就和地位,并昭示其一心治学不爱官的清高人品,以及热爱故土故国、维护民族尊严的各种事例。
