【摘要】：社会主义新农村建设是在现代化、市场化和全球化时代背景、农村发展滞后的中国现实背景和乡村建设相关知识背景下提出的一种发展战略。目前,国内外有关财政支持新农村建设效应方面的研究比较少,仅有的少量研究也大都局限于财政支持农业方面,而缺乏对财政支持农业、农村教育、农村医疗卫生和农村社会保障的综合研究,且大都偏重于经济效应,鲜有将经济效应和社会效应统筹考虑和综合评价的研究。因此,这无疑是一项具有重大理论和现实意义的研究课题。
[Abstract]:The construction of the new socialist countryside is a kind of development strategy put forward under the background of modernization, marketization and globalization, the background of the backward rural development in China and the related knowledge of rural construction. There are few researches on the effect of financial support to the construction of new countryside at home and abroad, only a small number of studies are limited to the financial support of agriculture, and lack of financial support for agriculture, rural education. The comprehensive study of rural medical and health and rural social security, and most of the emphasis on economic effects, there are few economic and social effects of the overall consideration and comprehensive evaluation of the study. This is undoubtedly a research topic of great theoretical and practical significance.
