高职院校毕业生就业质量:内涵及构成要素

【摘要】:当前,人力资源市场的供求关系出现了从供过于求到供不应求的变化趋势,同时,我国高等职业教育也出现从量的扩张向质的追求的转变,社会、学生家长、高校、政府对高职毕业生就业问题的关切已从"就业率"转向"就业质量"。文章根据国际标准化组织ISO9000的质量定义框架,将高职毕业生就业质量的内涵阐述为:"高职毕业生在生产和服务活动中,人力与岗位结合的权责利关系特性满足利益相关者需求的程度",其主要构成要素包括薪酬待遇、劳动时间、工作环境、社会保障、人职匹配度、工作稳定性、职业发展前景、专业对口度、就业结构等9个方面。
[Abstract]:At present, the relationship between supply and demand in the human resources market has changed from oversupply to oversupply. At the same time, higher vocational education in our country has also changed from the expansion of quantity to the pursuit of quality. Society, parents of students, colleges and universities, The government's concern about the employment of higher vocational graduates has changed from "employment rate" to "employment quality". According to the quality definition framework of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO9000), The connotation of employment quality of higher vocational graduates is described as: "the degree to which the characteristics of power, responsibility and interest of manpower and post combine in production and service activities to meet the needs of stakeholders", the main elements of which include salary treatment. Working hours, working environment, social security, job matching degree, job stability, career development prospect, professional matching degree, employment structure, etc.
