基于有限度的图书馆知识自由权利保障

【摘要】：知识自由是有限度的自由。知识自由作为个人或组织的基本权利是人们追求自由与幸福的重要组成部分。在ALA提出知识自由以来,知识自由就备受图书馆学界关注并被IFLA定义为图书馆理念的核心。通过对知识自由概念的探讨寻求图书馆下的知识自由之于个人或组织下的知识自由的不同,提出作为知识自由社会保障制度的图书馆对知识自由的重视和担负的职责。
[Abstract]:Freedom of knowledge is a limited freedom. Freedom of knowledge, as a fundamental right of individuals or organizations, is an important component of people's pursuit of freedom and happiness. Since ALA put forward the freedom of knowledge, the freedom of knowledge has been concerned by the academic circle of library and defined by IFLA as the core of the concept of library. Based on the discussion of the concept of freedom of knowledge, this paper explores the difference between the freedom of knowledge under the library and the freedom of knowledge under the individual or organization, and puts forward that the library, as a social security system of freedom of knowledge, attaches importance to the freedom of knowledge and its responsibility.
