探究社保基金投资管理模式及其困境解决策略

【摘要】：为了促进我国社会稳定发展,提高民众生活质量,我国先后出台了一系列的社会保障措施和政策,社会保障基金作为多种方针政策中的一种,其运行模式是通过吸纳大量的社会资金,为人民提供相应的生活保障。近几年,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,我国民众对社会保障基金的需求正呈逐年上升趋势,但由于多种因素限制,社保基金投资管理却较为混乱,为了更好地实现资金价值,满足人们生活需求,本文主要对社保基金投资管理的现状进行了分析,并针对管理中出现的困境提出了相应的解决策略。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the stable development of our society and improve the quality of life of the people, China has successively introduced a series of social security measures and policies. Its operation mode is to absorb a large amount of social funds for the people to provide the corresponding living security. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the demand for social security fund is increasing year by year in our country. However, because of many factors' restriction, the investment management of social security fund is quite chaotic, in order to realize the capital value better, To meet the living needs of people, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of investment management of social security funds, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the difficulties in the management.
