户籍改革、财政支出责任与农村居民生活满意度

【摘要】：本文结合中国综合社会调查项目(CGSS)数据库,运用线性及有序概率模型探讨了财政支出、户籍制度改革与农村居民生活满意度的关系。研究发现:(1)财政支出、户籍改革能够显著提高农村居民生活满意度,工具变量回归进一步证实了这一影响的因果效应;(2)财政教育和城乡社区支出提高了农村居民生活满意度,医疗卫生、文化体育和社会保障支出对农民生活满意度的作用却不显著;(3)户籍改革对农村居民生活满意度的提升作用存在明显的人群异质性,男性的提升作用略高于女性、中老年人高于青年人、西部地区高于东部地区。机制分析表明,户籍改革通过增加居民收入、提高效率、改善居民生活质量和社会经济地位提高了农村居民生活满意度,但社会交往机制却不显著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between financial expenditure, household registration system reform and life satisfaction degree of rural residents is discussed by using linear and ordered probability model combined with CGSS-based comprehensive social survey project in China. The study found that: 1) Financial expenditure and household registration reform can significantly improve the life satisfaction of rural residents, and the tool variable regression further confirms the causal effect of this effect. (2) Fiscal education and urban and rural community expenditure increase rural residents' satisfaction with life. The effect of health, culture, sports and social security expenditure on farmers' life satisfaction was not significant. (3) the effect of household registration reform on the improvement of rural residents' life satisfaction had significant population heterogeneity, and the promotion effect of men was slightly higher than that of women. The elderly are higher than the young, and the west is higher than the east. The mechanism analysis shows that the household registration reform improves the life satisfaction of rural residents by increasing residents' income, improving efficiency, improving residents' quality of life and social economic status, but the social communication mechanism is not significant.
