优化保障性住房的准入退出机制

【摘要】：住房是人的一种基本权利,是一种基本的社会保障。保障性住房制度的顺利实施有利于解决中低收入住房困难家庭的住房问题,促进社会的和谐与稳定。随着大量保障性住房建设的竣工,保证其公平分配迫在眉睫,建立健全保障性住房准入退出制度,是保证公平分配的关键环节。
[Abstract]:Housing is a basic right of human beings and a basic social security. The smooth implementation of the indemnificatory housing system is conducive to solving the housing problems of families with low and middle income housing difficulties and promoting social harmony and stability. With the completion of a large number of affordable housing construction, it is urgent to ensure its fair distribution. It is a key link to ensure fair distribution to establish and improve the entry and exit system of affordable housing.
