部分市、技师学院职业能力建设工作座谈会在德州召开

【摘要】：正8月1日至2日,部分市、技师学院职业能力建设工作座谈会在德州召开。省人力资源社会保障厅副厅长周春艳出席会议并讲话。周春艳总结分析了我省职业能力建设工作中存在的问题和困难,并对下一步工作提出要求:一是要充分认识建设一支宏大的技能人才队伍的重要性和紧迫性。要坚定不移地把高技能人才队伍建设作为人才工作的战略重点,切实增强紧迫感、责任感和使命感,认真研究新常态下高技能人
[Abstract]:Aug. 1-2, some cities, technician college vocational capacity building symposium held in Texas. Zhou Chunyan, deputy director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, attended the meeting and spoke. Zhou Chunyan summarizes and analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the construction of vocational capacity in our province, and puts forward the following requirements: first, it is necessary to fully understand the importance and urgency of building a large contingent of skilled personnel. It is necessary to unswervingly make the construction of highly skilled talents the strategic focus of talent work, strengthen the sense of urgency, sense of responsibility and sense of mission, and conscientiously study the highly skilled people under the new normal state.
