关于军人子女青少年阶段教育问题的调查与研究

【摘要】：本文主要利用笔者在部队工作的机会,提出了关于军人子女教育的相关问题。综合运用文献查阅法、调查法、访谈法和统计法对军人子女教育问题进行了一系列的调查分析,比较全面地了解了现役军人子女在青少年教育阶段所面临的困境:军人子女接受良好家庭教育难、接受优质学校教育难、接受良好的社会教育难。结合调查数据,综合运用教育学、心理学和社会学等方面的理论知识,分析出这些困境对子女成长教育的严重影响:军人子女心理问题较多、社会性行为问题突出、学业成绩不理想等。着重从数学学科教育的角度,分析查找出了影响军人子女学习成绩不理想的主要因素是家庭背景和学校教育质量,从而更深刻地反映军人子女所处的教育环境对子女教育的重要影响。对当今军人子女教育所存在的诸多问题进行研究剖析,发现了其中的根本原因:市场经济的建设和发展对部队及军人家庭的影响巨大、军人职业的特殊性对子女接受良好教育有重要影响、军人社会保障制度存在很大缺陷、国家教育资源的不均衡分配等。综合调查和分析结果,困扰军人子女教育最大的问题是教育地点的选择,根据调查了解所得数据,运用层次分析法建立数学模型,并运用层次分析法软件Yaahp对模型进行了求解,为军人家庭选择最佳的子女受教育地点提供理论参考和选择方法。最后,综合原因剖析和数学建模结论,对相关部门及军人家庭提出了相关的对策建议,并提供了一些值得借鉴的国外军人子女保障制度及做法,目的是希望通过国家和军队相关部门制定完善的军人子女教育保障制度,军人家庭选择合适的子女受教育地点、注重教育方式和教育观念的科学性,尽量减少因客观因素给子女成长教育带来的负面影响,使军人子女在有限的条件下得到更加优质的教育,促进军人子女的健康成长,促进军人家庭的和谐稳定,从而促进军队和国家建设事业的发展。
[Abstract]:This paper makes use of the author's opportunity to work in the army and puts forward some questions about the education of the children of soldiers. This paper makes a series of investigation and analysis on the education of the children of servicemen by using the methods of literature review, investigation, interview and statistics. The difficulties faced by the children of active servicemen in the stage of youth education are comprehensively understood: it is difficult for the children of servicemen to receive good family education, to receive high quality school education, and to receive good social education. Based on the investigation data and using the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and sociology, this paper analyzes the serious influence of these predicaments on children's growth and education: military children have more psychological problems, social behavior problems are prominent, and so on. Unsatisfactory academic performance, etc. From the point of view of mathematics subject education, this paper analyzes and finds out that the main factors affecting the academic achievement of military children are the family background and the quality of school education. Thus, it reflects more deeply the important influence of the educational environment of the children of soldiers on the children's education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the education of military children and finds out the fundamental reasons: the construction and development of the market economy have a great impact on the army and military families. The particularity of military occupation has an important influence on the children's receiving good education, the military social security system has great defects, and the distribution of national educational resources is not balanced, and so on. The result of comprehensive investigation and analysis shows that the biggest problem that puzzles the education of military children is the choice of educational location. According to the data obtained from the investigation, the mathematical model is established by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the model is solved by the analytic hierarchy process software (Yaahp). To provide theoretical reference and method for military families to choose the best educational location for their children. Finally, synthesizing the reason analysis and the mathematical modeling conclusion, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to the relevant departments and military families, and provide some foreign military children security system and practice that can be used for reference. The purpose is to establish a perfect education guarantee system for the children of soldiers through the relevant departments of the state and the military, to select the appropriate place for their children to receive education, and to pay attention to the scientific nature of the educational methods and concepts. To minimize the negative impact of objective factors on the growth and education of their children, so that the children of servicemen can obtain better quality education under limited conditions, promote the healthy growth of children of servicemen, and promote the harmony and stability of military families. So as to promote the military and the development of national construction.
