饮料公司饮品管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:企业资源计划系统(ERP)集信息科技技术和系统化管理理念于一体,服务于企业运行和发展,为企业的管理层和普通企业工作人员提供一个科学决策运行的平台,其是当代企业发展和永葆竞争力的重要保障。ERP根据企业实际情况出发合理科学地调配,最大效益地利用企业资源,为企业最大化地创造经济效益,大大提高了企业竞争能力,是企业立足于变化万千的信息商业市场的保障。然而在信息高速发展的时代,虽然很多企业已经对企业资源计划系统进行开发及应用于实践,但是还有相当一部分企业却没有这方面的经验和意图。 如今,很多饮料公司、企业仅仅依靠自身的资源不足以拓展市场,没有形成竞争力,而是需要和其他相关企业、商家形成有机“商业链”,如其他生产商、供销商、客户以及其他围绕着企业发展的企业,应紧紧形成一个供需链条。本身市场的竞争也不是个别企业之间单独的竞争,而是彼此之间这条“商业链”的竞争。而EPR系统从宏观上控制调配这条链条,科学合理地分配资源,适应当下经济时代的需求,使得这些饮品企业更具竞争力。 本文从企业资源信息的管理模式的角度出发,以信息技术和先进的管理理念为主导的ERP系统为依据,深入探讨了当代饮品企业如何提高信息现代化、系统化的管理能力,充分的反映了ERP对当代饮品企业资源的带来的巨大促进作用。技术上,本系统使用的是微软公司2000年发布的一种简单的、安全的、全新的、专为.net的应用而研制的开发工具语言--C#,使用安全的、高效的SQL Server2008作为数据库,采用C/S模式的三层结构、UI层用winfrom的页面技术部署页面、数据库编程及框架等方面的技术,在Mcrosioft Visual Studio2010开发环境下实现了饮料公司饮品管理系统,满足该类公司的基本功能。这些基本功能包括了以下内容:员工信息管理功能(招聘管理、合同管理、工薪管理、社保管理、考核管理、公章管理等),生产管理功能(生产预订单管理、生产量单管理、工程单审核),采购管理功能(采购货款单管理、采购定制单管理、采购单审核、申购单审批、供应商管理),销售管理功能(订单制单、订单审核、客户需求信息管理、报价单管理、客户信息管理、客户信息维护、货物管理、统计销售、退货管理等),库存管理功能(入库管理、库存管理、盘点库存、统筹调拨、库存预警、出库管理)以及维护饮品企业的各个方面数据的功能。EPR运用于饮品企业实现了信息数据精确化,系统运行安全化,业务流程科学化,绩效监控有效化,管理改善明显化,整体上有效提高企业效益,确保产品质量,坚持走可持续发展。在此论文的基础上总结和深入了解如何使得企业管理和EPR集合的更好,如何协调好,使得EPR在饮品企业运用更有条理,更方便,更有效益,对促进饮品企业科学化管理和增强市场竞争力有着深刻的意义。
[Abstract]:Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) integrates information technology and systematic management concept, serves the enterprise operation and development, and provides a platform for the management and staff of the enterprise to make a scientific decision. It is an important guarantee for the development of contemporary enterprises and the maintenance of competitiveness. According to the actual situation of the enterprises, ERP reasonably and scientifically allocates, uses the enterprise resources to the maximum benefit, creates the economic benefits for the enterprises, and greatly improves the competitive ability of the enterprises. Is the enterprise based on the changing information commercial market security. However, in the era of rapid development of information, although many enterprises have developed and applied ERP system in practice, some enterprises do not have such experience and intention. Today, many beverage companies, companies that rely solely on their own resources to expand the market, do not become competitive, but need and other related enterprises, businesses to form an organic "business chain", such as other producers, suppliers and marketers, Customers and other enterprises surrounding the development of enterprises should closely form a supply-and-demand chain. The competition in its own market is not a separate competition between individual enterprises, but a competition between each other in this "business chain". The EPR system controls and allocates this chain from the macroscopic, distributes the resources scientifically and reasonably, adapts the demand of the present economic times, makes these beverage enterprises more competitive. From the angle of enterprise resource information management mode, based on the ERP system, which is dominated by information technology and advanced management idea, this paper deeply discusses how to improve the information modernization and systematization management ability of the contemporary beverage enterprises. Fully reflects the ERP to the contemporary beverage enterprise resources bring huge promotion role. Technically, the system uses a simple, secure, brand new development tool language, C#, which was released by Microsoft in 2000 for the application of .net. it uses a secure and efficient SQL Server2008 as a database. Adopting the three-tier structure of C / S mode, the UI layer uses the winfrom page technology to deploy the page, the database programming and the frame and so on, realizes the beverage company beverage management system under the Mcrosioft Visual Studio2010 development environment, satisfies the basic function of this kind of company. These basic functions include the following: employee information management functions (recruitment management, contract management, payroll management, social security management, assessment management, official seal management, etc.), production management functions (production order management, etc.), Project order audit, purchasing management function (purchase order management, purchase order review, purchase order approval, supplier management), sales management function (order making, order audit, customer demand information management, etc.), Quotation management, customer information maintenance, cargo management, statistical sales, return management, etc.), inventory management functions (inventory management, inventory, allocation, inventory warning, etc.), EPR is used in beverage enterprises to realize the accuracy of information data, the safety of system operation, the scientific operation of business processes, the effectiveness of performance monitoring, and the improvement of management. On the whole, effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises, ensure product quality, adhere to sustainable development. On the basis of this paper, we summarize and deeply understand how to make enterprise management and EPR set better, how to coordinate well, so that EPR can be used in beverage enterprises more orderly, more convenient and more effective. It is of great significance to promote scientific management of beverage enterprises and enhance market competitiveness.
