【摘要】：正习近平总书记高度重视扶贫开发工作。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次就扶贫工作发表重要讲话,深刻阐述了新时期扶贫开发的极端重要性及其战略定位,提出了科学扶贫、精准扶贫、精准脱贫、内源扶贫、精神脱贫、教育脱贫、生态脱贫、社保政策兜底脱贫等重要思想理念,对扶贫开发提出了一系列新思想新部署新要求,全面、系统、深入阐述了精准扶贫精准脱贫的方略,并在国际上倡议共建一个没有贫困、共同发展的人类命运共同体。这些思想丰富了中国扶贫开发思想的时代内涵,为中国
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to poverty alleviation and development. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered important speeches on poverty alleviation work many times. He has profoundly expounded the extreme importance and strategic orientation of poverty alleviation and development in the new period, and has proposed scientific poverty alleviation, accurate poverty relief, and endogenous poverty alleviation. Some important ideas, such as mental poverty relief, education poverty eradication, ecological poverty eradication, social security policy, and so on, have put forward a series of new ideas and new requirements for the development of poverty alleviation, comprehensive, systematic and in-depth elaboration of the precise and accurate poverty alleviation strategy. And in the international initiative to build a poverty-free, common development of human destiny community. These thoughts enrich the contemporary connotation of China's thought of poverty alleviation and development, and contribute to the development of China.
