分析政府执行力在新型农村养老保障实施中的作用

【摘要】：政策制定是制度建立、优化、发展的起始环节,制度的生命在于执行,政府执行力直接关乎政策的有效性以及制度的可操作性。农村养老保障政策的制定,将直接影响我国亿万农民的社会保障水平。同时也将检验政府在解决"三农"问题上的能力。本文将主要分析政府执行力在新型农村养老保障实施中的作用。
[Abstract]:Policy making is the initial link of institution establishment, optimization and development. The life of institution lies in execution. The executive power of government is directly related to the effectiveness of policy and the maneuverability of system. The formulation of rural old-age security policy will directly affect the social security level of hundreds of millions of farmers in China. It will also test the government's ability to solve the problem of agriculture, countryside and farmers. This paper will mainly analyze the role of government executive power in the implementation of new rural old-age security.
