残疾人证管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：为贯彻落实“潍坊市十二五发展规划”和“中国残疾人事业十二五发展规划”中对残疾人保障制度建立提出的要求,潍坊市残疾人保障信息系统建设被提上了市残联工作的议事日程,对于规范残疾人劳动就业指导和培训、残疾人康复服务管理以及残疾人托养保障等,提高残疾人服务水平和工作效率,为市残联以及政府机构制定相应的残疾人福利政策以及发展规划作出正确决策提供可靠来源和依据,保障残疾人的合法权益,提高潍坊市社会保障的整体水平。建设在残疾人保障业务基础上的潍坊市残疾人保障信息系统作为潍坊市社会保障信息系统整体建设的重要组成部分,对于促进潍坊市社会保障整体建设,完善残疾人保障制度和体系,改善残疾人生活质量,提高残疾人生活水平,具有十分迫切的现实意义和深远的社会影响。对国内外有关资料进行调查,对项目的可行性进行研究;结合残联的残疾人管理业务对整个系统进行需求分析;对整个系统进行详细设计和实现和数据库详细设计与实现,基本达到需求所规定功能;根据分析和设计结果,对各个子程序进行程序代码编写和程序界面设计与实现和输出报表设计与实现。本系统的设计以SQL Server 2008数据库为基础平台进行开发,运用VB.Net技术,研制开发了残疾人证管理信息系统,为加强残疾人保障和残疾人管理的安全性、高效性和完整性,研究一种信息系统来实现潍坊市残疾人保障信息的申请的录入、查看和修改、审核、打印、变更受理以及统计查询等功能。对于加强残疾人信息化管理提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the requirements for the establishment of a disability security system in the "Weifang City 12th Five-Year Development Plan" and the "12th Five-Year Development Plan for the cause of disabled Persons in China", The construction of Weifang disability security information system has been put on the agenda of the work of the city disabled people's Federation. It is necessary to standardize the employment guidance and training for the disabled, the management of rehabilitation services for the disabled, and the care and security of the disabled, etc. To improve the level of services and work efficiency for persons with disabilities, to provide reliable sources and basis for the municipal disabled persons' federation and government agencies to formulate corresponding welfare policies for persons with disabilities and to make correct decisions in development planning, so as to safeguard the legal rights and interests of persons with disabilities, Improve the overall level of social security in Weifang. As an important part of the whole construction of Weifang social security information system, the Weifang disability security information system is built on the basis of the disabled security business, which can promote the overall construction of Weifang social security. It is of urgent practical significance and far-reaching social impact to perfect the security system and system for the disabled, to improve the quality of life of the disabled and to improve the living standard of the disabled. To investigate the relevant information at home and abroad, to study the feasibility of the project; to analyze the needs of the whole system in conjunction with the disabled persons management business of the disabled Persons Federation; to design and implement the whole system in detail and to design and implement the database in detail. According to the analysis and design results, the program code and interface design and output report are designed and implemented for each subprogram. The design of the system is based on the SQL Server 2008 database. The information system of disability certificate management is developed by using VB.Net technology. In order to strengthen the security, efficiency and integrity of disability protection and disability management, This paper studies a kind of information system to realize the functions of input, view and modification, audit, print, change acceptance and statistic inquiry of the information for the disabled in Weifang. To strengthen the information management of persons with disabilities to provide reference and reference.
