高职学生顶岗实习的社会支持与职业技能发展关系研究

【摘要】：社会支持是指个体从他人、群体与组织获得的扶持和帮助,包括物质、经验、情感、心理等层面。高职学生顶岗实习的社会支持包括机会支持、经验支持、社会保障、情感与心理支持等内容,社会支持对于顶岗实习生职业技能的发展具有积极促进效应。通过对选取样本高职外语专业学生的调查发现,实习单位和岗位结构不合理、专业不对口与企业实习指导难以到位、学生薪资无保障、社会心理辅导欠缺等社会支持缺乏,是高职学生顶岗实习中存在的主要问题。加大企业参与力度、加强校企合作、落实企业职业指导、提升薪资水平和引入情感与社会心理支持机制,将促进高职学生职业技能发展。
[Abstract]:Social support refers to the support and help that individuals receive from others, groups and organizations, including material, empirical, emotional, psychological and so on. The social support of vocational college students' job placement practice includes opportunity support, experience support, social security, emotional and psychological support, etc. Social support has a positive effect on the development of vocational skills of interns. Through the investigation of foreign language majors in higher vocational colleges, it is found that the structure of practice units and positions is unreasonable, the mismatch of majors and enterprise practice guidance is difficult, the salary of students is not guaranteed, the social psychological counseling is not enough, and so on. It is the main problem in the practice of vocational college students. Increasing the participation of enterprises, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, implementing the vocational guidance of enterprises, raising the salary level and introducing the emotional and social psychological support mechanism will promote the development of vocational skills of higher vocational students.
