新建高校应用型人才培养路径研究——以宿迁学院劳动与社会保障专业为例

【摘要】:新建高校办学历史短,在应用型人才培养中面临的困境较大,如在办学理念上仍然没有转移到注重应用型人才的培养上,缺乏足够的改革动力;在组织结构、经费保障上缺乏足够的支撑。此外,以劳动与社会保障专业为例,在人才培养路径上,还存在办学缺乏特色、重视理解教学而轻松实践环节开展、实验和实践过程流于形式的状况。本文将通过具体分析新建高校应用型人才培养中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:The history of running a new university is short, and the difficulties faced in the training of applied talents are relatively great. For example, the concept of running a school has not been transferred to the cultivation of applied talents, and there is a lack of sufficient reform motivation, and there is a lack of sufficient support in the organizational structure and the guarantee of funds. In addition, taking the major of labor and social security as an example, in the path of talent training, there is still a lack of characteristics in running a school, attaching importance to understanding teaching and carrying out easy practical links, and the experiment and practice process is mere formality. This paper will analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of applied talents in newly-built colleges and universities, and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
