【摘要】：本文是一项有关医务社会工作介入癌末患者提供临终关怀服务的实务性研究。随着社会工作的发展,人们对医务社会工作需求的加深,癌症患者这个群体也成为医务社会工作者的重要服务对象之一。对癌症患者提供临终关怀服务不但具有医学上的意义,也符合伦理上的需求,同时更是社会工作要关注的问题,而医务社会工作介入癌末患者临终关怀更是一项新的尝试,对癌症患者及其家属这类人群进行人文关怀与提供专业服务,也成为医务社会工作者的重要服务内容之一。本研究采用文献研究法、个案访谈法、案例研究法等研究方法,从微观层面对一位癌末患者临终个案进行剖析,探究医务社会工作者介入的途径与干预技巧,从而为患者及其家属提供临终关怀与情绪辅导服务,构建服务资源网络。本文主要从癌症患者及其家属的角度出发,以医务社会工作和临终关怀为切入点,医务社会工作者运用专业工作方法和技巧,为患者及其家属提供临终关怀与情绪辅导服务,减轻其心理、生理和社会压力,对患者及其家属进行死亡教育,并协助其正确认识生死,构建社会支持网络,形成患者及其家属-医生-护士-医务社会工作者-社区工作人员-慈善组织人员-志愿者这样的一个健康的人文关怀网络,为患者及其家属提供人文关怀和情感支持,陪伴患者走过生命的最后一程,协助家属回归正常的社会生活。最后,笔者根据提供个案服务的全过程,对本研究中个案介入的不足进行实践反思,并引出医务社会工作构建癌末患者临终关怀服务资源网络的建议。笔者认为,癌末患者临终关怀服务是一个系统工程,它需要医护人员、社会工作者、社工机构、政府、社区、慈善组织、义工组织等不同的部门实现跨领域跨专业的合作,从从社会政策、专业发展、社会工作者资源整合运用、团队合作、义工服务来构建一个完善的临终关怀服务资源网络,以期助益于癌末患者临终关怀服务的有效开展。
[Abstract]:This paper is a practical study on medical social work intervention in end-cancer patients to provide hospice care services. With the development of social work, people's need for medical social work has deepened. The group of cancer patients has also become one of the important service objects of medical social workers. To provide hospice services to cancer patients is not only of medical significance, but also in line with the ethical needs. At the same time, social work should pay attention to the issue, and medical social work involved in terminal cancer care is a new attempt to carry out humanistic care and provide professional services to cancer patients and their families. Also become one of the important service contents of medical social worker. This study uses literature research method, case interview method, case study method and other research methods, from the microscopic level to a terminal cancer patient dying case analysis, explore the approach of medical social workers intervention and intervention skills. In order to provide hospice care and emotional counseling services for patients and their families, build a network of service resources. Starting from the angle of cancer patients and their families, this paper takes medical social work and hospice care as the breakthrough point, and medical social workers use professional working methods and skills. To provide hospice care and emotional counseling services for patients and their families, to reduce their psychological, physical and social pressure, to carry out death education for patients and their families, to help them understand life and death correctly, and to build social support network. Form a healthy humanistic care network of patients and their families, doctors, nurses, medical social workers, community workers, philanthropic organizations and volunteers. To provide humanistic care and emotional support for patients and their families, to accompany patients through the last journey of life, to help families return to normal social life. Finally, according to the whole process of providing case service, the author reflects on the deficiency of case intervention in this study. The author thinks that the terminal care service is a system engineering, it needs medical staff, social workers. Social work agencies, government, community, charitable organizations, volunteer organizations and other different departments to achieve cross-disciplinary cooperation, from social policy, professional development, social worker resources integration, teamwork. Volunteer service is used to construct a perfect network of hospice care resources, which is helpful to the effective development of terminal care services for terminal cancer patients.
