产前综合征的社工介入问题研究

【摘要】：随着社会工作专业在我国的建立和发展,妇女社会工作也逐渐地进入了人们的视野,并且在女性学者和研究者的努力下这一研究领域得到了学术界的日益重视。社会工作对女性的关注越加重视,尤其是对处于妊娠期的妇女。妊娠期的妇女经历着一系列生理、心理及社会关系的变化,出现各种心理问题及情绪障碍的可能性增加,如高发的产后忧郁症。据调查数据显示,全国约有10%的孕妇会有产前综合征的相应表现,如连续超过两周精神不振,想哭,易发怒等,并且其中98%的孕妇在妊娠晚期会产生焦虑心理,善于调节自己的情绪的孕妇会使焦虑心理减轻,而那些不善于调节自身情绪的孕妇,心理焦虑越来越重,相应的会表现出各种产前综合征的情绪不稳定、恐惧、易哭、易激惹、焦虑过度等症状,同时这种情况对孕妇自身产后恢复和新生儿的健康都照成一定的消极影响。因此,孕妇的丈夫、家人和社会工作者不仅要关心照顾孕妇的身体健康,同时更需要关注孕妇的心理健康,故需要社会工作者的介入。本项目书以长春市南关区南岭街道华阳社区为载体,根据华阳社区的具体情况以及社工在走访过程中发现的问题,采用走访调查的研究方法,并结合个案、小组、社区的专业社会工作方法,制定了社工介入产前综合征妇女项目计划书,目的是改善有产前综合征的妇女现状,使她们顺利度过孕期生活。社会工作通过专业的社会工作理论和方法介入孕妇相关社会工作、产前综合征表现的孕妇,可以帮助孕妇提高自我保健能力,提升情绪调控能力,促进了胎儿的健康成长发育,从而提高了新生儿的人口素质。因此,本文分析当前我国孕妇产前综合征的成因,并利用专业的社会工作方法分析相关材料,试图从社会工作的视角下提出改善孕妇产前综合征的对策。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and development of social work specialty in our country, women's social work has gradually entered people's vision. And in the efforts of female scholars and researchers this field of study has been increasingly attached importance to the academic community. Social work to pay more and more attention to women. Especially for women in pregnancy, women in pregnancy are experiencing a series of changes in physical, psychological and social relations, and the possibility of various psychological problems and emotional disorders increases. Such as the high incidence of postpartum depression. According to survey data show that about 10% pregnant women across the country will have the corresponding manifestation of prenatal syndrome, such as more than two weeks of mental retardation, want to cry, easily angry and so on. And 98% of the pregnant women in the third trimester will produce anxiety, the pregnant women who are good at regulating their own emotions will reduce anxiety, and those who are not good at regulating their own emotions, psychological anxiety is becoming more and more serious. Corresponding will show a variety of prenatal syndrome emotional instability, fear, easy to cry, irritable, anxiety and other symptoms. At the same time, this situation has a certain negative impact on the postpartum recovery of pregnant women and the health of their newborns. Therefore, the husbands, families and social workers of pregnant women should not only care for the health of pregnant women. At the same time, we need to pay more attention to the mental health of pregnant women, so we need the intervention of social workers. According to the concrete situation of Huayang community and the problems found by social workers in the process of visiting, the research method of visiting investigation is adopted, and the case is combined. The group, the community's professional social work approach, developed a project plan for social workers to intervene in women with prenatal syndrome, with the aim of improving the status of women with prenatal syndrome. Social work through professional social work theory and methods to intervene in pregnant women related social work, prenatal syndrome manifestations of pregnant women, can help pregnant women to improve their self-care capacity. Improve the ability of emotional regulation, promote the healthy growth and development of the fetus, thus improve the quality of the newborn. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of prenatal syndrome of pregnant women in China. Using the professional social work method to analyze the related materials, this paper tries to put forward the countermeasures to improve the pregnant women's prenatal syndrome from the perspective of social work.
