四川省农村居民集中居住及其对农村社区发展的影响研究

【摘要】：研究意义和目的从我国现阶段国情来看,农村居民集中居住工程既是是围绕逐步实现统筹城乡一体化和新农村建设目标的探索之举,又是农耕文明向现代文明转变的助推器。推进农民集中居住工程不仅有助于农村建设用地的集约利用,而且有助于农民职业化的发展。基于以上重要意义,本文着重讨论农民集中居住是否有利于人口城市化进程的加快,是否有利于农村经济社会的发展。研究方法采用文献分析法,本文搜集了大量与农民集中居住相关文献、报刊、统计资料,并对主要观点进行归纳和比较分析;通过关键知情人访谈、问卷调查法,了解当地农民集中居住的实施现状以及在推进过程中存在的问题,了解集中居住后农村家庭生活状况和农村新型社区基础设施配备情况,为本文的研究提供支撑。研究内容首先,通过对农民集中居住的文献分析,发现该领域研究的不足之处,确定本文的研究对象:农民集中居住及其对农村社区发展的影响。其次,通过对人口经济学、人口地理学、人口社会学的相关学科理论的阐述,为本文的研究提供理论支撑。再次,通过课题回顾和统计资料分析,分析了四川省农村居民分散居住现状、特征及其产生的社区发展问题,引出下面对四川省统筹城乡过程中农村居民集中居住的模式的分析和归纳。最后,通过对四川省典型地区农民集中居住区的调研考察,分析了四川省农村居民集中居住对农村社区发展的积极影响,以及产生的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。在最后的结论部分,对本文的内容及研究结论进行了高度的概括和总结,并提出本文研究的不足之处。研究结论农民集中居住对农村社区的发展既有积极影响,也产生了很多的问题。研究表明:从理论角度看,农民集中居住工程虽然缓解了城市拥挤的压力,但它仍是一种不完全不彻底的人口城市化模式;从实践操作层面来看,由于政策执行的偏差,农民集中居住在一定程度上妨碍了农村经济社会的发展。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the current situation of our country, the centralized residence project of rural residents is an exploration to realize the goal of urban-rural integration and new rural construction step by step. It is also a booster for the transformation of farming civilization to modern civilization. The promotion of farmers' centralized housing project is not only helpful to the intensive utilization of rural construction land, but also to the development of farmers' professionalization. This paper focuses on whether the concentrated residence of farmers is conducive to the acceleration of the urbanization of the population and the development of rural economy and society. In this paper, a large number of documents, newspapers and statistics related to the concentrated residence of farmers are collected, and the main points of view are summarized and compared, and the key insiders are interviewed and investigated by questionnaire. To understand the present situation of local farmers' concentrated living and the existing problems in the process of promotion, to understand the living conditions of rural families and the new type of rural community infrastructure after centralized living, which provides the support for the research of this paper. First of all, through the literature analysis of farmers' concentrated residence, we find out the shortcomings of the research in this field, and determine the research object of this paper: farmers' concentrated residence and its impact on the development of rural communities, and secondly, through the population economics, The theory of population geography and population sociology provides theoretical support for the research of this paper. Thirdly, by reviewing the subject and analyzing the statistical data, this paper analyzes the present situation of scattered residence of rural residents in Sichuan Province. The characteristics and the problems of community development lead to the following analysis and induction of the mode of concentrated residence of rural residents in Sichuan Province. Finally, through the investigation and investigation of the typical areas of Sichuan Province, This paper analyzes the positive influence of rural residents' concentrated residence on the development of rural communities in Sichuan Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The contents and conclusions of this paper are summarized and summarized, and the shortcomings of this study are put forward. Conclusion the study has positive effects on the development of rural communities, but also has a lot of problems. The study shows that: from a theoretical point of view, the farmers' concentrated housing project has alleviated the pressure of urban congestion. From the perspective of practice and operation, due to the deviation of policy implementation, the concentration of peasants living in a certain extent hinders the development of rural economy and society.
