大学毕业生面试着装倾向研究

【摘要】:近年来,大学毕业生就业形势严峻,就业竞争日益激烈。尤其是一些热门的职业,仅一个岗位就能吸引成百上千的应聘者。在这种情况下,招聘者和求职者都面临相当的困惑。对于企业而言,短时间的面试不可能做到对求职者的全面考察,因此对求职者的第一印象往往成为左右其判断的重要因素;对于求职者而言,也希望通过给招聘者留下良好的第一印象而获得职位。在第一印象中,着装无疑是一个重要的方面。俗语云“人靠衣装,马靠鞍”。在面试中,首先进入招聘者眼帘的是应聘者的外观形象—着装。着装成为招聘者获取应聘者信息的重要部分,会对招聘者对求职者的认识、判断产生影响。甚至,求职者的着装是否符合招聘者的要求很可能会对是否录用产生影响。 应聘者想要通过服装掩盖自己的不足而招聘者则希望透过服装了解到学生真实的一面,两者之间如何达到统一?大学毕业生的面试着装情况如何?招聘者的面试着装有哪些要求?两者之间态度及行为存在哪些共识和分歧?这些都是本次研究试图要解决的问题。 国外有研究者采用试验方法研究了着装的适当与否和雇主对其22个职业特点的主观评定的关系及身体吸引力和着装对于女性工作印象的潜在影响。研究结果证明了着装对面试官判断的作用。而国内关于面试着装的研究主要停留在理论研究上。本研究在查阅了国内外有关面试着装相关研究的基础上,采用开放式问卷调查和访谈确定研究的主要内容。将收集来的信息整理汇总编制成调查问卷实施调查。 采用自编调查问卷,从面试着装的重视程度和满意度,服装选择(包括色彩、款式、质感、价格、品牌)、着装的外观效果,个性品质的表达四个方面进行了调查。其中着装外观效果和个性品质的表达采用开放式调查结果整理而成的词汇进行调查。研究结果如下: (1)大学毕业生面试着装态度及其服装选择 ①男女生对于面试着装重视程度呈差异非常显著(P0.01),女生更重视自己的着装。不同职业间的着装重视程度比较而言,技术性行业对着装的重视程度显著低于其他行业(p0.05)。机关公务员与艺术类着装的重视程度差异显著(p0.05) ②在选择服装时,32.9%选择自己日常的服装,30.3%的人自己设计搭配服装,24.4%的人选择购买新的普通服装,11.4%的人选择购买品牌服装;58.7%面试者认为招聘人员首先看重的是自己着装的款式,其次是服装的色彩;学生在服装上的花费主要在300-500元之间;农村学生和城镇学生在服装花费方面差异极其显著(P0.001);面试服装以中间色(黑白灰)为主色调78.3%;学生在选择服装时不会在意服装是否是品牌,47.4%的学生认为品牌无所谓,25.4%的学生认为品牌最好选择品牌。 ③着装外观效果与个性品质:总体着装外观效果按百分比排序依次为:与性格气质相符,与职业相吻合,合身、整洁、正式、自然、有品位;公务员比较关注着装的正式,技术类和艺术类关注着装是否合身,管理类与其他因素相比较更关注服装是否正式,教师关注服装是否与职业相符,其次才是服装的正式程度; 毕业生想要表达的个性品质按频次从大到小为:自信、创新、真诚、有修养、易合作的品质,相比较而言,较少传达的是自己的严谨、精明、热情;文理科、艺术类学生表达的个性品质相一致的是自信、有修养、有创新精神,文理科的区别在于文科生更注重合作品质、年轻有活力特征的体现,理科生和艺术生更注重自己严谨性的传达。 (2)招聘者面试着装态度极其服装要求 招聘者对于学生的面试着装是非常重视的,但是对于大学毕业生的着装并不满意,且招聘者对于学生面试着装的满意度及其显著低于毕业生的面试着装自我满意度;86.4%招聘者认为面试着装面料应该是无光泽、厚重61%、柔软54.5%的,不喜欢有光泽的服装;63.3%招聘者认为着装要合身,72.2%的招聘者认为与自己的气质相符合要更重要一些,但招聘者并没有要求着装必须选择正装45.6%;招聘者主要看中的品质依次为:有创新精神、真诚、有修养、自信。 (3)大学毕业生面试着装与招聘者面试着装要求比较 ①面试着装态度与着装要求比较:招聘者和毕业生对于面试着装都很重视,两者之间没有显著差异(P0.05);招聘者对于学生的面试着装的满意度低于毕业生对自己着装的满意度且差异及其显著(P0.001);招聘者不喜欢有光泽的服装,而毕业生选择有光泽的比例要更大一些。在问卷调查的过程中,招聘者很多明确表示在着装上不重视服装面料。 ②着装外观效果与个性品质表达的比较:整洁、自然与自身气质相符合,与职业相吻合是双方基本的要求;招聘者很看重着装是否合身差异达到及其显著(P0.001);招聘者并未要求着装必须正式,而学生选择了正式的着装;双方都不看重的是服装是否可以掩盖身体不足,是否凸显个性也不会选择中性化的服装。 双方都看重的个性品质有创新精神、真诚、有修养;学生更注重合作、严谨、成熟、自信品质的表达;招聘者更关注的是热情、年轻有活力、亲和力。除了修养一个选项外,双方在个性品质的认识上存在及其显著的差异。 最后,展开讨论进一步深入思考服饰作为非语言行为方式在社会交往中怎样起到人格传达及形象塑造功能。在高校学生心理和行为教育中,如何将审美教育提升到心灵美、行为美的高度,充分发挥服饰的心理教育作用。让大学生在求职时,首先以体现心理修养和人格的良好着装作为高校素质教育成果的第一份“答卷”。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment situation of college graduates is grim and the employment competition is increasingly fierce. In particular, some hot jobs, only one job can attract hundreds of applicants. In this case, both recruiters and job seekers are faced with considerable confusion. For enterprises, short time interviews can not achieve a comprehensive survey of job seekers, So the first impression of a job seeker is often an important factor in his judgment; for a job seeker, he also hopes to get a job by giving a good first impression to the employer. In the first impression, dress is an important aspect. The eye is the person's appearance - dress. Dress becomes an important part of the applicant's information about the applicant. It will have an impact on the job seeker's understanding and judgment.
Applicants want to cover their own shortcomings through clothing and the recruiters want to understand the true side of the students through their clothes, how to achieve the unity of the two? How does the college graduate's interview dress? What are the requirements for the interviewer's dress? What consensus and differences are the attitudes and behaviors between the two? These are all this Study the problems to be solved.
Some foreign researchers studied the relationship between the appropriate dress and the employer's subjective assessment of the 22 professional characteristics and the potential impact of physical attractiveness and dress on women's work impression. The results of the study proved the role of dress for the interviewer's judgment. On the basis of consulting the relevant research on interview dress at home and abroad, this research uses open questionnaire survey and interview to determine the main content of the research.
The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the degree and satisfaction of the dress dress, the choice of clothing (color, style, quality, price, brand), the appearance effect of dress, the expression of personality quality in four aspects. The expression of dress appearance effect and personality quality was adjusted by open survey results. The results of the study were as follows:
(1) university graduates' attitude towards dressing and their clothing choices
(1) there is a significant difference between the male and female students' attention to the interview dress (P0.01), and the girls pay more attention to their dress. The degree of emphasis on clothing in different professions is significantly lower than that of other industries (P0.05). There is a significant difference in the degree of attention between the civil servants and the art art (P0.05)
When choosing clothing, 32.9% choose their own daily clothing, 30.3% people design their own clothes, 24.4% people choose to buy new ordinary clothes, 11.4% people choose to buy brand clothing; 58.7% interviewers think the recruiter is the first to pay attention to the style of their dress, then the color of clothing, and the expenses of the students in the clothing. The main difference is between 300-500 yuan; the difference between the rural students and the urban students is very significant (P0.001); the interviewing clothing is 78.3% in the middle color (black and white); the students do not care whether the clothing is the brand, 47.4% of the students think the brand is indifferent, and 25.4% of the students think the brand is the best choice of brand.
(3) dress appearance effect and personality quality: the overall dress appearance effect is in accordance with the character temperament, consistent with the character temperament, fit with the profession, fit, tidy, formal, natural, and have grade; civil servants are more concerned about the formal dress, technical and art classes are concerned about the fit, and the management class is more concerned with the other factors. Whether clothes are formal or not, teachers pay attention to whether clothing is consistent with occupation, and secondly is the formal degree of clothing.
The personality qualities that the graduates want to express are as follows: confidence, innovation, sincerity, self-cultivation, and the quality of cooperation. In comparison, they are less conveyed by their rigor, shrewdness and enthusiasm. The personality traits of the arts students are the same as confidence, cultivation, and creativity, and the difference between science and science lies in the differences in science and science. Liberal arts students pay more attention to the quality of cooperation, the embodiment of youthful vigor, and science students and art students pay more attention to their rigour.
(2) the interviewer's interview dress attitude and the clothing requirements
The recruiter paid great attention to the student's interview dress, but was not satisfied with the dress of the college graduates, and the satisfaction of the recruiters on the students' interview dress was significantly lower than that of the graduates' interview dress self satisfaction. 86.4% the recruiters thought the interview dress fabric should be glossy, 61%, and 54.5% soft. Lustrous clothing is preferred; 63.3% recruiters think the dress should fit in. 72.2% of the recruiters think it is more important to conform to their own temperament, but the recruiter does not have to wear a dress to choose 45.6%. The main qualities of the recruiter are the spirit of innovation, sincerity, self-cultivation, and confidence.
(3) university graduates interview dress and recruiters interview dressing requirements comparison
There is no significant difference between the recruiter and the graduate for the interview dress (P0.05); the satisfaction of the recruiter to the student's interview dress is lower than the graduates' satisfaction with their dress and the difference and significant (P0.001); the recruiters do not like the glossy clothes, The proportion of graduates who choose to be shiny is greater. In the course of the questionnaire survey, many recruiters clearly indicated that they did not attach importance to the fabric of clothing.
(2) the comparison of dress appearance effect and personality quality expression: neat, natural and self temperamental, consistent with the profession is the basic requirements of both parties; the recruiter is very important to see whether the dress fits and is significant (P0.001); the recruiters do not require formal dress, and the students choose formal dress; both sides do not look at them. The important thing is whether clothes can cover up the lack of body, highlight individuality or choose neutral clothes.
The personality traits of both sides have the spirit of innovation, sincerity and cultivation; the students pay more attention to the expression of cooperation, rigor, maturity and confidence; the recruiters are more concerned with enthusiasm, young vigor and affinity. In addition to an option of self-cultivation, the two sides exist in recognition of personality traits and their significant differences.
Finally, the discussion is carried out to further think about how the dress as a non language behavior mode can play the role of personality transmission and image shaping in social communication. In the psychological and behavioral education of college students, how to improve the aesthetic education to the beauty of the mind, the beauty of behavior and the psychological education of the clothing, so that the college students should apply for a job. First of all, it is the first answer to the achievement of quality education in universities.
