[Abstract]:In international politics in which interests are being pursued, there is the saying that there is no diplomacy among the weak states. In the history of international relations, however, there are numerous examples of small scale. In the international politics of interest, there is the saying that weak states have no diplomacy. However, in the history of international relations, there are numerous examples of small players. [1] after the end of the second World War, thanks to the Cold War confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union, the system of one country, one vote in the United Nations and the development of new media industries, small countries gained access to international diplomacy.
