中国和平发展理念国际传播的阻碍因素与应对策略

【摘要】：随着中国的崛起,国际社会尤其是传统西方大国的质疑之声和忧虑之情与中国力量的提升呈现出一种"正比例"关系。中国"和平发展"话语已经成为当今国际政治舞台上一个重大全球性命题。由于西方传统国际关系理论的影响、当今世界话语体系中西方话语权的绝对优势、东西方文化差异、目前西方国家利益的现实考量以及中国和平发展理论自身的建构与传播存在的问题,造成中国对和平发展理念的追求并没有在国际社会赢得足够的认同,极大地阻碍了当前中国和平发展理念的国际传播,对中国的国际形象形成了巨大挑战。为了改善我们的国家形象为顺利实现"中国梦"的千年梦想创造一个良好的国际环境,我们必须统一认识、坚定意志、加强中国和平发展理论构建与传播等方面的工作,推进中国和平发展理念的国际传播。
[Abstract]:With the rise of China, there is a "positive proportion" relationship between the voice of doubt and anxiety of the international community, especially the traditional Western powers, and the rise of China's power. China's "peaceful development" discourse has become a major global proposition on the international political stage. Because of the influence of the western traditional international relations theory, the absolute superiority of the western discourse right in the world discourse system today, the cultural difference between the East and the West, At present, the realistic consideration of the interests of western countries and the problems existing in the construction and dissemination of China's theory of peaceful development have resulted in the fact that China's pursuit of the concept of peaceful development has not won enough recognition in the international community. It greatly hinders the international dissemination of China's concept of peaceful development and poses a great challenge to China's international image. In order to improve our national image and create a good international environment for the smooth realization of Chinese Dream's millennium dream, we must unify our understanding, strengthen our will, and strengthen the construction and dissemination of China's theory of peaceful development. To promote the international dissemination of China's concept of peaceful development.
