恐怖主义与媒体“不自觉”互利关系研究

【摘要】：恐怖主义对我们来说已经不再陌生,9、11事件发生以来,恐怖主义就成为一个世界性的话题。而拉萨的3、14事件和新疆的7、5事件更是让我们对恐怖主义有了切身的体会和感受。这不仅仅是因为它发生在世界头号发达国家或者发生在我们自己的国家,而是其中一个因素发挥了至关重要的作用,那就是媒体。正是由于媒体真实,及时全方位甚至于现场直播式的报道使得人们对恐怖主义有了一种切身的感受。在这其中通过观察研究,我们发现媒体和恐怖主义联系相当密切,在一定程度上可以看做是一种相互利用的关系。而这种互利主要就通过二者的相互影响,相互作用中体现出来。这种互利关系如果任其发展,结果可能对社会造成一系列负面影响。例如,媒体为了追求发行量或者收视率可能更多的报道恐怖主义的暴力行为,而这很有可能引起不必要的社会恐慌。因此,我们的需要对其加以控制和利用,保证媒体在一定的范围内合理的报道恐怖主义,以此来保障其对社会朝着有利的方向发展。
[Abstract]:Terrorism is no stranger to us. Terrorism has become a worldwide topic since 9 / 11. Lhasa's incident of March 14 and Xinjiang's incident of 7 / 5 have made us have a personal experience and feelings of terrorism. This is not just because it happens in the world's number one developed country or in our own country, but because one of the factors that plays a vital role is the media. It is because the media is real, timely and even live-broadcast reports that people have a personal feeling about terrorism. Through observation and research, we find that the media and terrorism are very close, to some extent, can be seen as a kind of mutual use relationship. But this kind of mutual benefit mainly through the two mutual influence, the interaction manifests. This mutually beneficial relationship, if allowed to develop, may result in a series of negative effects on society. For example, the media may be reporting more violent acts of terrorism in pursuit of circulation or ratings, which is likely to cause unnecessary social panic. Therefore, we need to control and use it to ensure that the media report terrorism within a certain range, so as to ensure that it is beneficial to the society.
