【摘要】：非物质文化遗产传承保护及发展工作是中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要内容,也是实现中国梦和中华民族伟大复兴的传统基础。自正式加入《保护非物质文化遗产公约》以来,我国在非物质文化遗产的传承保护及发展工作中进行了积极的探索和实践,积累了很多好的经验做法,但仍面临着亟待解决的诸多问题,一些濒危项目的非物质文化遗产保护工作依然形势严峻,不容乐观。河北省乐亭县是国家级文化工作先进县,全国民间艺术之乡,县域内有3项国家级非物质文化遗产项目和10项省、市级非物质文化遗产项目,乐亭县非物质文化遗产的传承保护及发展工作具有先进性和代表性。本文以乐亭县为例,参照国内外非物质文化遗产传承与保护的优秀经验,综合运用实地调查、实证研究等方法,分析乐亭县非物质文化遗产传承保护的现状与存在问题,并提出解决问题的对策措施。本文研究的问题及提出的具体对策,能够有助于乐亭县相关部门理清思路,加大保护力度,对乐亭非物质文化遗产传承保护和发展起到一定的促进作用,同时对推动区域的文化传承和发展也具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The protection and development of intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It is also the traditional basis for realizing Chinese Dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Since the formal accession to the Convention on the Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Our country has carried on the active exploration and the practice in the immaterial cultural heritage inheritance protection and the development work, has accumulated many good experiences and practices, but still faces many problems which need to be solved urgently. Some endangered projects of intangible cultural heritage protection work is still grim, not optimistic. Leting County in Hebei Province is a national advanced cultural work county, the township of national folk art. There are 3 national intangible cultural heritage projects and 10 provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage projects. The inheritance, protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage in Leting County are advanced and representative. This paper takes Leting County as an example, referring to the excellent experience of inheritance and protection of the intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad. Comprehensive use of field investigation, empirical research and other methods to analyze the status quo and existing problems of the inheritance and protection of the intangible cultural heritage in Leting County. And put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem. This paper studies the problem and put forward the specific countermeasures, can help the relevant departments in Leting County to clear up the thinking and increase the strength of protection. It plays a certain role in promoting the protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Leting, and also has certain reference value for promoting the cultural inheritance and development of the region.
