改善居民文化生活质量的资源依赖与组织认同——公共文化服务组织的行动逻辑研究

【摘要】：公共文化服务组织是提升居民文化生活质量、推动社会健康发展的重要行动者。面对国家制度与文化环境的双重制约,它们遵循着特殊的行动逻辑。在与多元主体的互动中,由于这些组织对政府掌握的合法性、社会关系网络等重要资源的严重依赖,从而形成了它们在"多重依赖关系"中对政府依赖的"非对称性"和"非平衡性",这种资源依赖特征,导致了其对政府全面依附的行动逻辑;另一方面,公共文化服务组织的身份象征还要仰仗整个社会对于其组织价值的认同来维系,这使它们在博爱、奉献精神旗帜下,通过组织成员的能动行为,展开了对组织身份的多方攫取,这种积极从社会获取组织认同的行动逻辑,体现出它们从利他主义的价值追求中谋取发展空间的本能倾向。因此,在资源支持与社会认同方面给予该类组织有效的政策扶持,推动其健康发展,是实现公共文化服务现代化的重要一环。
[Abstract]:Public cultural service organizations are important actors to improve the quality of cultural life of residents and promote the healthy development of society. Facing the dual restriction of national system and cultural environment, they follow special logic of action. Because these organizations rely heavily on the legitimacy of the government, social networks and other important resources, Thus they form their "asymmetric" and "unbalanced" dependence on the government in the "multi-dependency relationship", which leads to the action logic of their overall dependence on the government; on the other hand, The status symbol of the public cultural service organizations depends on the identity of the whole society for their organizational value, which makes them, under the banner of fraternity and dedication spirit, through the active behavior of the members of the organization, carry out a multi-party grab of the organizational identity. This kind of action logic of actively obtaining organizational identity from society reflects their instinctive tendency to seek development space from the value pursuit of altruism. Therefore, effective policy support is given to such organizations in terms of resource support and social identity. Promoting its healthy development is an important link to realize the modernization of public cultural services.
