湖湘文化与长沙百年名校兴学研究

【摘要】:民国前后至抗战初期,是长沙百年名校起步、发展并且逐步促进了长沙近代新式教育的产生和发展的时期,它是长沙教育发展历程中的一个重要的组成部分。而这时期传统的忠君爱国、经世致用、兼容并包的湖湘文化也逐渐完成了其向近代湖湘文化的转型,并且其爱国、经世致用、图变求新、包容并蓄的文化精髓继续推动、发展着长沙百年名校的兴学之路。湖湘文化和长沙百年名校兴学的关系是一种良性的互动关系,二者互相渗透、影响,推动着彼此的发展,进而带动湖南文化事业的发展。 本文分五个部分,对湖湘文化和长沙百年名校兴学进行研究。 第一章回顾了湖湘文化的近代转型和长沙百年名校兴办的概况。湖湘文化自楚文化开始,历经千年,依然历久常新,到近代维新变法时期,完成其近代转型,在湖南诸领域,尤其是教育领域,继续推动近代湖南教育事业的发展。长沙百年名校在清末“新政"、民族资本主义经济发展、教育救国思想兴起等历史条件下,相继创办,开启兴学储才之路。 第二章阐述了湖湘文化对长沙名校教育家兴学理念的提升。以爱国、经世致用、求变图新为特征的湖湘文化把长沙名校教育家的办学理念提升为教育救国、务实和开放创新。 第三章分析了湖湘文化的近代转型对长沙百年名校教学改革的影响。近代长沙教育家群体们通过在学校健全管理制度、聘请优秀的教师以及进行教学改革等方式,践行湖湘文化经世致用、求变图新的精神,为百年名校打下坚实的发展基础。 第四章阐述了长沙百年名校的兴学对湖湘文化发展的助推。长沙名校教育家群体在湖湘文化人文精神的熏陶下,磨血育人,为国储才;同时,教育家们把湖湘文化的人文精神传给他们的学生,受间接熏陶的学生们继续为湖湘文化发扬光大而奋斗于国家的各行各业。 第五章探讨了对于湖湘文化和长沙百年名校兴学互动关系的评价。湖湘文化的传承是长沙百年名校发展的文化底蕴,而长沙百年名校兴学的发展又是湖湘文化传承的优秀载体,二者结合成了一种良性互动的关系,彼此推动,共同促进了湖南文化事业的发展。
[Abstract]:From the Republic of China to the beginning of the Anti-Japanese War, Changsha's century-old schools started, developed and gradually promoted the emergence and development of modern Changsha modern education. It is an important part in the development of Changsha's education, and the traditional Huxiang culture of this period, which is loyal to the monarch and is used in the world, has gradually completed its transformation to the culture of Huxiang in modern times, and it has been patriotic and used in the world. The cultural essence of "changing and being new, containing and storing" continues to promote the development of Changsha's century-old schools. The relationship between Huxiang culture and Changsha's century-old schools is a kind of positive interactive relationship, which permeates and influences each other. Promote the development of each other, and then drive the development of cultural undertakings in Hunan. This article divides five parts, carries on the research to the Huxiang culture and Changsha hundred years famous school. The first chapter reviews the modern transformation of Huxiang culture and the general situation of Changsha century-old schools. Huxiang culture began from Chu culture, after a thousand years, it is still new, to the modern reform period, complete its modern transformation, in various fields of Hunan, Especially in the field of education, it continues to promote the development of modern Hunan education. Under the historical conditions of the "New deal" in the late Qing Dynasty, the economic development of national capitalism and the rise of the idea of national salvation, Changsha's century-old schools have been established one after another to open the way of building up schools and saving talents. The second chapter expounds the promotion of Huxiang culture to Changsha famous school educationalists. The Huxiang culture, characterized by patriotism, application of the world and seeking for new changes, promotes the idea of Changsha famous school educationalists to save the country by education, pragmatism and open innovation. The third chapter analyzes the influence of the modern transformation of Huxiang culture on the teaching reform of Changsha century-old schools. The modern Changsha educationalists, by perfecting the school management system, employing excellent teachers and carrying out teaching reform, etc. Practice Huxiang culture to the world, change the new spirit, for a hundred years of famous schools lay a solid foundation for development. The fourth chapter expounds the promotion of Changsha century-old school to the development of Huxiang culture. Under the influence of Huxiang culture humanism, Changsha famous school educationist group grinds blood and educates people for the country reserve talent; at the same time, Educators pass on the humanistic spirit of Huxiang culture to their students, and indirectly influenced students continue to struggle for the development of Huxiang culture in various industries of the country. The fifth chapter discusses the evaluation of the interactive relationship between Huxiang culture and Changsha century-old school. The inheritance of Huxiang culture is the cultural background of Changsha century-old school development. The development of Changsha century-old schools is an excellent carrier of Huxiang culture inheritance, the two have become a kind of positive interactive relationship, promote each other, and promote the development of Hunan cultural cause.
