西安文化产业与遗产保护规划的发展关系研究

【摘要】：西安是我国七大古都之首,具有独特性与唯一性。悠久绵长的建都历史使文化遗产存留丰富多彩,大量的文化遗产使当代西安历史名城的特色得以延续,也成为了城市经济发展不可多得的资源。近十年来,随着人们对文化遗产保护投入越来越多的关注以及对文化产业体系构建的扩展与升级,西安市出现了一批极具特征与影响力的文化遗产特色区域,在进行遗产保护的同时也为西安市的发展做出了贡献。因此,如何让遗产保护规划与文化产业发展取得平衡成为其中需要关注的重点,研究文化产业与遗产保护规划的发展关系具有重要意义。本文以遗产保护规划基本理论为指导,采用理论综合研究、文献研究、比较分析、实地调查、归纳等研究方法对两者关系展开研究。论文一共分为五个章节：第一章绪论,说明了论文的课题来源、背景、研究目的与意义,阐述了论文的基本思路。第二章,广泛查阅与文化产业发展、文化遗产保护相关的理论及文献材料,研究学者们对两者关系的观点与看法,同时收集国外优秀的历史遗产保护路径的类型,为后续研究提供基础。第三章,从发展时序、空间结构、土地利用、保护管理、经济效益等多方面对西安市现存案例进行研究,通过对“唐大明宫国家遗址公园保护规划”、“秦兵马俑博物馆规划”、“大雁塔遗址区域改造与规划”与“曲江新区规划”四个案例的分析,探究其发展过程,对文化产业与遗产保护规划发展的关系得出“融合发展”、“附着发展”、“互动发展”、“分离发展”四种类型关系。第四章,探讨当代城市化背景下文化遗产价值的多元性,将遗产地所属背景情况纳入评价因子中,主要运用德尔菲法和EVA方法对遗产综合价值进行评价,以此得出是否适宜于发展文化产业以及发展何种类型文化产业的结论。第五章,结合理论与实践,阐述了西安都城遗址群的规划构思,探索文化产业发展与遗产保护规划的空间格局关系,并对规划区内文化活动进行策划与构建、设想建立遗址文化特区。
[Abstract]:Xi'an is one of the seven ancient capitals in China, which is unique and unique.The long and long history of capital construction makes the cultural heritage rich and colorful. A large number of cultural heritage make the characteristics of the historic city of Xi'an continue and become a rare resource for the development of urban economy.In the past decade, with more and more attention being paid to the protection of cultural heritage and the expansion and upgrading of the cultural industry system, a number of unique and influential cultural heritage areas have emerged in Xi'an.While carrying out heritage protection, it has also contributed to the development of Xi'an city.Therefore, how to balance the development of heritage protection planning and cultural industry becomes the focus of attention, and it is of great significance to study the relationship between cultural industry and heritage protection planning.Under the guidance of the basic theory of heritage conservation planning, this paper studies the relationship between the two by means of comprehensive theoretical research, literature study, comparative analysis, field investigation, induction and so on.The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the origin, background, research purpose and significance of the thesis, and expounds the basic ideas of the paper.In the second chapter, we refer to the theories and documents related to the development of cultural industry and the protection of cultural heritage, study the views and opinions of scholars on the relationship between the two, and collect the types of excellent historical heritage protection paths in foreign countries.To provide the basis for the follow-up study.The third chapter, from the development sequence, spatial structure, land use, conservation management, economic benefits and other aspects of the existing case study of Xi'an, through the "Tang Daming Palace National site Park Conservation Plan",This paper analyzes the four cases of "Qin Terracotta Warriors Museum Planning", "Great Wild Goose Pagoda site area Reconstruction and Planning" and "Qujiang New District Planning", probes into its development process, and draws a conclusion of "fusion development" between cultural industry and heritage protection planning and development."attachment development", "interactive development" and "separation development" are four types of relationships.The fourth chapter discusses the diversity of cultural heritage value in the context of contemporary urbanization, and applies Delphi method and EVA method to evaluate the comprehensive value of heritage.The conclusion of this paper is whether it is suitable for the development of cultural industry and what kind of cultural industry to develop.The fifth chapter, combined with theory and practice, expounds the planning conception of Xi'an capital site group, explores the spatial pattern relationship between cultural industry development and heritage protection planning, and plans and constructs the cultural activities in the planning area.Imagine the establishment of a heritage cultural special zone.
