增强文化自信的路径研究

【摘要】：改革开放近40年以来,我国经济发展日新月异,但是与经济繁荣快速发展的态势相比,文化发展却呈现出迟缓甚至是滞后的趋势。文化是民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,也是全世界各国综合国力竞争中的重要因素。随着时代和社会的不断向前,文化的重要性愈发凸显。然而文化的发展离不开对本国文化的自信。文化自信,是一个国家、一个民族、一个政党对自身文化价值的充分肯定,对自身文化生命力的坚定信念。文化自信是中国在取得了巨大的经济成就和社会进步之后亟待解决的重大问题。近年来,习近平关于文化自信的论述逐渐增多,我国各界学者对文化自信的关注度也越来越高,学术研究也随之增多。本文将对文化自信进行系统而全面的论述,除了绪论外,主要包括以下四个部分内容:第一部分,文化自信理论概述。主要对文化、自信、文化自信的含义做出界定,论述文化自信的基本内容和内在要求,探寻文化自信的生成机理等。依据各界学者关于文化自信的探究成果,尤其是习近平关于文化自信的多次阐述,有利于更深层次地挖掘文化自信的基本内涵。第二部分,文化自信的根源。主要从历史、理论和现实三个维度分析中国文化自信的根源问题。文化自信主要有三个根源:一是根源于灿烂辉煌的历史文化;二是根源于马克思主义的科学理论;三是根源于中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的成功探索和文化大发展大繁荣的客观发展现实。基于这三个根源,我国的文化自信表现得更有底气。第三部分,增强文化自信的重要意义。其理论意义在于:文化自信是理论自信、道路自信、制度自信的基础和源泉,它丰富和完善了中国共产党的文化建设思想,有利于抵制西方各种社会思潮的侵袭。其现实意义在于:文化自信是推动我国传统文化走向世界的重要途径,有利于提高我国文化软实力,有利于促进我国在国际社会上获得更多的话语权。第四部分,增强文化自信的路径选择。面对当前我国文化发展的基本现状,主要从三个方面来探寻增强文化自信的基本路径:一是通过大力弘扬优秀传统文化和社会主义核心价值观;二是巩固马克思主义主流意识形态的地位,坚持以马克思主义为指导;三是积极发展现代文化产业和公益性事业;四是通过实施引进来和走出去文化发展战略,促进对外文化交流。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in recent 40 years, China's economy has been developing with each passing day, but compared with the rapid development of economic prosperity, the cultural development shows a tendency of being slow or even lagging behind.Culture is not only an important source of national cohesion and creativity, but also an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength all over the world.With the development of the times and society, the importance of culture becomes more and more prominent.However, the development of culture can not be separated from the confidence in its own culture.Cultural confidence is a country, a nation, a political party's full affirmation of their own cultural value, a firm belief in their own cultural vitality.Cultural self-confidence is an important problem to be solved after China has made great economic achievements and social progress.In recent years, Xi Jinping's discourse on cultural self-confidence has gradually increased, and scholars from all walks of life have paid more and more attention to cultural self-confidence, and academic research has also increased.This article will carry on the systematic and comprehensive discussion to the cultural self-confidence, except the introduction, mainly includes the following four parts: the first part, the cultural self-confidence theory outline.This paper mainly defines the meaning of culture, self-confidence and cultural confidence, discusses the basic content and internal requirements of cultural self-confidence, and explores the formation mechanism of cultural self-confidence.According to the research results of scholars from all walks of life about cultural self-confidence, especially Xi Jinping's repeated exposition on cultural self-confidence, it is helpful to dig deeper the basic connotation of cultural self-confidence.The second part, the root of cultural self-confidence.This paper analyzes the root causes of Chinese cultural self-confidence from the three dimensions of history, theory and reality.Cultural self-confidence has three main roots: one is rooted in brilliant historical culture, the other is rooted in Marxist scientific theory.The third is rooted in the successful exploration of the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the objective development reality of the great development and prosperity of culture.Based on these three roots, the cultural confidence of our country is more confident.The third part, the importance of strengthening cultural self-confidence.Its theoretical significance lies in the fact that cultural self-confidence is the foundation and source of theoretical self-confidence, road confidence and institutional confidence, which enriches and perfects the Chinese Communist Party's thought of cultural construction and is conducive to resisting the invasion of various social trends of thought in the West.Its practical significance lies in: cultural confidence is an important way to promote our traditional culture to the world, to improve our cultural soft power, to promote our country in the international community to gain more right to speak.The fourth part, the path choice to enhance cultural self-confidence.In the face of the current basic situation of cultural development in our country, this paper mainly explores the basic ways to enhance cultural self-confidence from three aspects: first, by vigorously carrying forward the outstanding traditional culture and socialist core values;Second, to consolidate the position of the mainstream ideology of Marxism and adhere to the guidance of Marxism; third, to actively develop modern cultural industries and public welfare undertakings; and fourth, to adopt the strategy of introducing and going abroad for cultural development.To promote cultural exchanges with foreign countries.
