【摘要】：现代公共文化服务体系是我国在全面深化改革的时代背景下,对我国公共文化服务发展目标提出的新定位、新表述,体现了新时期我国公共文化服务发展的新方向、新境界,具有目标的先进性、体制的改革性、途径的统筹性、发展的规范性、服务的创新性五个方面的特征。
[Abstract]:The modern public cultural service system is the new orientation and new expression of the development goal of our country's public cultural service under the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way, which embodies the new direction and new realm of the development of our country's public cultural service in the new period.It has the characteristics of advanced aim, reform of system, coordination of approaches, standardization of development and innovation of service.
