新农村建设背景下“书香乡村”建设困境及其对策研究

【摘要】：倡导全民阅读,建设"书香乡村"是促进农村精神文明建设的有效途径。"爱读书、读好书、善读书"的良好习惯将有助于提升农村居民的文化素养,推动农村地区的文化建设,促进农村人的现代化。受GDP政绩考核机制、市场经济功利化倾向的双重影响和农村地区公共文化基础设施建设滞后的掣肘,"书香乡村"的建设面临诸多困境。通过引起社会各界的高度重视、拓宽资金投入渠道、发展农村文化教育、完善公共文化服务体系,创建一种由政府引导、社会参与、多元投入的模式,能够推动和促进"书香乡村"的建设。
