人类命运共同体视角下文化自信构建的辩证考察

【摘要】：全球化背景下如何实现"文化他信"向"文化自信"的转变是学界关注的热点问题。人类命运共同体理念对构建文化自信有重要作用,二者存在一定辩证互动关系。一方面,人类命运共同体不仅是化解地方性和全球性矛盾的尝试,而且还是中华优秀传统文化在全球层面的应用和发挥,是文化自信精髓要义的扩展和深化。另一方面,文化自信着力于改变文化单极主义认知,冲破西方文明冲突理念和强权思维,摆脱以往霸权道义,实现文化多样性和自主性,突出中国文化的优越性,建立互相尊重和平等交流的文化发展新常态,为构建人类命运共同体提供本土化实践经验的同时彰显人类共同价值归宿。因此,应以人类命运共同体理念为参考确立文化自信,即在辨识全球性与地方性二元矛盾前提下,澄明文化的民族性和全球性;在抵御文化帝国主义和文化霸权论的同时,推崇文化平等主义;在去蔽文化自卑和文化自负心理的同时,彰显文化自觉和文化自信。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, how to realize the transformation from "cultural Thaksin" to "cultural confidence" has become a hot issue in academic circles. The concept of human destiny community plays an important role in the construction of cultural confidence, and there is a dialectical interaction between them. On the one hand, the community of human destiny is not only an attempt to resolve the local and global contradictions, but also the application and exertion of Chinese excellent traditional culture at the global level, which is the expansion and deepening of the essence of cultural self-confidence. On the other hand, cultural self-confidence focuses on changing cultural unipolarity, breaking through the concept of conflict of Western civilization and thinking of power, getting rid of hegemonic morality, realizing cultural diversity and autonomy, and highlighting the superiority of Chinese culture. The establishment of a new normal of cultural development based on mutual respect and equal exchange provides the local practical experience for the construction of human destiny community and highlights the common value destination of human beings. Therefore, we should take the concept of human destiny community as a reference to establish cultural self-confidence, that is, to clarify the national and global character of culture on the premise of distinguishing the contradiction between the global and the local, and to resist cultural imperialism and cultural hegemony. Cultural egalitarianism is advocated, while cultural inferiority complex and cultural conceit are removed, cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence are demonstrated.
