历史文化资源与安徽省淮南市的城市形象重塑

【摘要】：城市形象是当代城市走向自身可持续发展的内生性动力,也是其参与外部竞争的文化软实力所在。科学合理的城市形象有利于推动城市健康有序的发展,并支撑城市在城市竞争中保持有利地位。历史文化资源作为城市发展过程中保存下来的体现城市独特印记的有效载体,是城市发展的宝贵财富和重要资本,也是城市形象建设、发展的文化源泉和精神根基;同时,城市形象的构建也是城市历史文化资源传承创新的重要途径,城市形象的转型发展是推动城市历史文化资源开发利用的契机和动力。随着我国经济发展进入新常态,资源型城市依赖自然资源的传统发展模式难以为继,转型已成为资源型城市发展的必然要求。资源型城市的转型面临着经济、文化、社会等多重任务,而城市形象重塑作为衡量城市转型发展的重要标准,关系到城市竞争力的塑造以及内生动力的形成和积累,自然成为资源型城市转型发展的重要任务之一。在城市转型的背景下,研究城市历史文化资源对于城市形象重塑的作用,有利于进一步明晰历史文化资源对于城市发展的价值,并为城市的转型以及历史文化资源的开发利用提供新的思路。本文在梳理国内外城市形象与历史文化资源相关研究的基础上,阐述了城市形象的构建对于城市经济、社会、文化发展的重要意义,并尝试探索历史文化资源与城市形象构建的互动关系;同时以历史资源丰富的资源型城市——安徽淮南为例,在对淮南代表性历史文化资源进行分析和梳理的基础上,明晰其历史文化资源的重要价值;在剖析其城市形象建设的现状以及城市转型的背景下,阐明了淮南城市形象重塑的必要性;最后,在前文的基础上,从城市形象构建的理念系统、视觉系统和行为系统三个层面出发,创新性地提出基于历史文化资源基础上的淮南城市形象重塑的对策建议,以期为推动淮南的城市形象的重塑,并带动其历史文化资源的开发利用,实现淮南城市的可持续发展提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:Urban image is the endogenous motive force for the sustainable development of modern cities, and it is also the cultural soft power to participate in the external competition. A scientific and reasonable city image is conducive to promoting the healthy and orderly development of the city and supporting the city to maintain a favorable position in the city competition. The historical and cultural resources, as the effective carrier of reflecting the unique imprint of the city, are the precious wealth and important capital of the city development, the cultural source and the spiritual foundation of the city image construction and development, at the same time, the historical and cultural resources are preserved in the course of the city development. The construction of urban image is also an important way to inherit and innovate urban historical and cultural resources. The transformation and development of urban image is the opportunity and motive force to promote the development and utilization of urban historical and cultural resources. With the economic development of our country entering the new normal, the traditional development mode of resource-based cities relying on natural resources is difficult to continue, and the transformation has become the inevitable requirement of resource-based cities development. The transformation of resource-based cities is faced with many tasks, such as economy, culture, society and so on. As an important standard to measure the development of urban transformation, urban image reconstruction is related to the shaping of urban competitiveness and the formation and accumulation of endogenous power. Naturally become a resource-based city transformation and development of an important Ren Wuzhi. In the context of urban transformation, the study of the role of urban historical and cultural resources in urban image reconstruction is conducive to further clarifying the value of historical and cultural resources for urban development. It also provides new ideas for the transformation of cities and the development and utilization of historical and cultural resources. On the basis of combing the research on the relationship between urban image and historical and cultural resources at home and abroad, this paper expounds the importance of the construction of urban image for the development of urban economy, society and culture. It also tries to explore the interactive relationship between historical and cultural resources and the construction of city image, taking Huainan City, Anhui Province, which is rich in historical resources, as an example, on the basis of analyzing and combing the representative historical and cultural resources of Huainan. Clarify the important value of its historical and cultural resources; in the analysis of the status quo of its urban image construction and the background of urban transformation, clarify the necessity of Huainan city image reconstruction; finally, on the basis of the above, Based on the concept system, visual system and behavior system of urban image construction, this paper innovatively puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of Huainan city image reconstruction based on historical and cultural resources, in order to promote the reconstruction of Huainan city image. It also promotes the development and utilization of its historical and cultural resources and provides a useful reference for the sustainable development of Huainan city.
