当代少数民族婚俗中的女性权益发展与分析

【摘要】：有关少数民族婚俗研究由来已久,但是众多研究大多集中在民族婚俗的差异性比较以及文化内涵探究等方面,而对于民族婚俗对民族女性的内在影响缺乏关注。从女性主义视角出发,结合婚俗的形式和内容对女性的影响,提出婚俗的本质是对女性的角色定位和言行规范,对婚俗对民族女性的积极性予以肯定,同时也分析了婚俗流变中民族女性平等权益的转变。以婚俗为载体,以民族女性为研究对象,关注民族女性的平等权益是研究的出发点和落脚点。
[Abstract]:The research on ethnic marriage customs has a long history, but most of the studies focus on the differences of ethnic marriage customs and cultural connotations, and lack of attention to the internal influence of ethnic marriage customs on ethnic women. From the perspective of feminism, combined with the influence of the form and content of marriage custom on women, this paper puts forward that the essence of marriage custom is to define the role of women and to regulate their words and deeds, and to affirm the enthusiasm of marriage customs to national women. At the same time, it also analyzes the transformation of the equal rights and interests of ethnic women in the evolution of marriage customs. Taking marriage custom as the carrier and ethnic women as the research object, paying attention to the equal rights and interests of ethnic women is the starting point and destination of the study.
