【摘要】：文化由人创造，同时文化又塑造着人本身，文化的发展变化也就不可避免的体现了人的发展变化，人的创造力的强弱体现在文化上就是文化的盛衰。斯宾格勒以其独特的思维和视角对文化进行审视。他认为文化同人一样具有生命力，称之为“文化有机体”，巧妙的将人同文化结合在一起，形成了独特的文化哲学理论。所以对斯宾格勒文化哲学思想的考察和研究具有重要的意义，，从人的角度来看，人的创造力促进了文化的产生和发展，当人创造力枯竭的时候，文化就会不可避免的变成斯宾格勒所说的“文明”也就是文化的宿命--衰亡。从文化的角度来看，文化的发展要经历的产生、生长、繁盛、衰亡的过程，这样就否定掉了达尔文式的文化上升理论，斯宾格勒认为文化只是特定民族或者团体特定时期的共有的意义和价值。人是文化的人，文化又是人的文化，对斯宾格勒文化哲学思想的研究能充分发挥其思想在文化、历史中作用，并且对文化哲学的学科本身的发展也具有积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Culture is created by human beings, and at the same time, culture shapes people themselves. The development and changes of culture inevitably reflect the development and changes of human beings. The strength and weakness of human creativity is reflected in culture is the rise and fall of culture. OswaldSpengler examines culture with his unique thinking and perspective. He thinks that culture has the same vitality as man, which is called "cultural organism", which skillfully combines man with culture and forms a unique theory of cultural philosophy. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate and study OswaldSpengler's cultural philosophy. From a human point of view, human creativity promotes the emergence and development of culture, and when human creativity is exhausted, Culture will inevitably become what OswaldSpengler called "civilization", that is, the fate of culture-decline. From the cultural point of view, the development of culture has to go through the process of production, growth, prosperity and decline, thus negating the Darwinian theory of cultural rise. OswaldSpengler believes that culture is only the common meaning and value of a particular nation or group at a particular time. Man is a person of culture, and culture is his culture. The study of OswaldSpengler's philosophy of culture can give full play to its role in culture and history, and has a positive significance to the development of the discipline of cultural philosophy itself.
