全球化中的民族文化发展

【摘要】:自15世纪以来,各国各民族孤立、封闭的状态被打破,全球化的经济交往逐渐形成,经济全球化的发展也带来了各国文化在全球范围的交流与碰撞,随着世界格局的改变,各国之间对抗模式的转向,文化因素在世界交往中越来越重要,学术界也开始对文化进行广泛关注和讨论。本文以马克思主义的文化观点为基础,探析文化内在性特质以及文化与文明异同性比较。人类实践活动体现了文化的内在本质,在一定历史条件下形成的生产方式与交换方式决定了文化应该如何形成、生长与发展,与此同时文化也表现出稳定性与流动性,必然性与独立性既对立又统一的特性。同时,文化的多样性与复杂性使得本国民族文化在与他国文化的交往碰撞中不断进行着冲突和整合。一方面是文化霸权主义的存在,另一方面越来越多的大国已经看到文化对于增强综合国力和塑造政治形象的重要性,作为世界第二大经济体的中国同样也在积极建构对他国文化产生影响力、吸引力和辐射力的“世界性”文化。那么打造文化强国战略,在始终坚定马克思历史观与文化观的前提下,首先发展具有先进性的创新文化,辩证看待传统文化和西方自由主义文化。其次是完成“自我”意识的觉醒,树立民族文化的自觉、自信和自强。大工业的发展带来了民族经济复苏的同时也受到了文化危机的挑战。特别是以美国为首的西方国家打着“民主文明”的旗号试图在全世界宣扬他的普世价值,在强大的经济基础支撑下,西方文化强权主义也带来了民族文化的危机。面对这种世情,我们需要用马克思辩证唯物主义正确看待文化危机中的威胁和机遇,吐故纳新的进行文化重建,促进民族文化朝着更先进更合理的方向发展前进。本文创新的部分是,面对全球范围内各国文化交往的日益紧密和频繁,如何让本国文化在文化多样性和复杂性冲击下,依然能够保有民族文化所蕴含的独特性,以此提高我国文化的吸引力和影响力,打造一条符合中国特色社会主义实践的强国之路,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。
[Abstract]:Since fifteenth Century, the countries and nations have been isolated and closed, and the economic globalization has gradually formed. The development of the economic globalization has also brought about the exchange and collision of all cultures around the world. With the change of the world pattern, the transformation of the mode of confrontation between countries, the cultural factors are becoming more and more important in the world communication. On the basis of the cultural viewpoint of Marx, this paper analyzes the inherent characteristics of culture and the comparison of cultural and cultural differences. Human practice reflects the intrinsic essence of culture. The mode of production and the way of exchange formed under certain historical conditions determine how culture should be made. At the same time, culture also shows stability and mobility, and the inevitability and independence are both opposite and unified. At the same time, cultural diversity and complexity make the national culture conflict and integrate with the culture of other countries. On the one hand, the existence of cultural hegemonism, the other one is the existence of cultural hegemonism, and the other one is the existence of the culture hegemonism. More and more big countries have seen the importance of culture to strengthen the comprehensive national strength and shape the political image. As the second largest economy in the world, China is also actively constructing the "world" culture which has influence, attraction and radiation on the culture of other countries. Then, the strategy of building a cultural power is always firm Marx. On the premise of the view of history and culture, we first develop the innovative culture with advanced nature, treat the traditional culture and the western liberalism culture dialectically, then complete the awakening of the consciousness of "self", set up the self-consciousness, self-confidence and self strength of the national culture. The development of the big industry has brought the economic recovery of the people and the cultural crisis. In particular, the western countries, headed by the United States, try to publicize his universal values in the world with the banner of "democratic civilization". Under the support of a strong economic basis, Western cultural power has brought a crisis of national culture. Facing this situation, we need to treat cultural crisis correctly with Marx's dialectical materialism. In the face of the increasingly close and frequent cultural exchanges around the world, how to keep the national culture under the impact of cultural diversity and complexity is still able to retain the national culture. In order to improve the attraction and influence of Chinese culture, the unique character contained in our country will be made to build a great power which conforms to the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
