【摘要】：喀什作为自治区内维吾尔族人口最集中的地区之一，位于新疆维吾尔自治区西南部，是维吾尔族民族文化的重要发源地，也“是全省内民族风情最为浓郁的唯一一座国家历史文化名城。”[1] 随着经济社会持续不断的发展和现代化趋势的日益广泛，民族文化得到了前所未有的发展机遇，同时各民族的传统文化也面临着重大的衰退问题，这是世界上所有民族都面临的问题，也是学术界最关注的热点问题之一。随着改革开放、西部大开发和现代化的不断推进，古老的民族文化与现代社会发生前所未有的碰撞，在此过程中，一方面传统文化不断吸收现代文化的有益部分，并在现代化的时代背景下表现出其丰富性，另一方面，传统民族文化的有些部分收到重大的冲击，已经在很大程度上面临生存和发展的困境。本文重点研究如何保护和发展喀什地区维吾尔族优秀传统文化，从相关传统文化的保护与发展理论入手，探析喀什地区维吾尔族的传统文化，并针对所发现的问题提出建议性的措施和对策。全文共分五个部分。第一部分作为绪论，先后介绍选题目的和意义、国内研究概况、研究方法、研究理论基础等。第二部分，通过民族传统文化相关理论的梳理和分析，为喀什地区维吾尔族优秀传统文化保护与发展问题的研究打下理论基础，并指出其价值。第三部分，介绍喀什地区维吾尔族优秀传统文化，即分别为物质文化和非物质文化保护的现状和建国以来喀什地区维吾尔族优秀传统文化保护工作中采取的措施。第四部分，在上述内容的基础上和从喀什地区维吾尔族优秀传统文化保护现状出发,找出存在的问题，深入分析产生此种问题的原因，找出根源所在。第五部分，对在探析喀什地区维吾尔族优秀传统文化保护与发展状况过程中所发现的问题，结合国内外相关理论研究成果及个人思考，，提出针对性的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Kashi, as one of the regions with the largest concentration of Uighur population in the autonomous region, is located in the southwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. It is an important birthplace of Uygur ethnic culture. Also, "is the only national historical and cultural city with the most rich ethnic customs in the province." [1] With the continuous development of economy and society and the increasingly extensive trend of modernization, the national culture has received unprecedented opportunities for development. At the same time, the traditional culture of all ethnic groups is also facing a major decline. This is a problem faced by all ethnic groups in the world and one of the hottest issues in academic circles. With the reform and opening up, the great development of the western region and the continuous promotion of modernization, the ancient national culture and the modern society have had an unprecedented collision. In the process, on the one hand, the traditional culture continuously absorbs the beneficial part of the modern culture. On the other hand, some parts of the traditional national culture have been greatly impacted and have been faced with the dilemma of survival and development to a great extent. This paper focuses on how to protect and develop the excellent traditional culture of Uygur nationality in Kashi area, and analyzes the traditional culture of Uygur nationality in Kashi area from the theory of protection and development of related traditional culture. Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems found. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part, as an introduction, introduces the purpose and significance of the topic, the general situation of domestic research, research methods, theoretical basis, and so on. The second part, by combing and analyzing the related theories of traditional culture, lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the protection and development of Uygur outstanding traditional culture in Kashi area, and points out its value. The third part introduces the excellent traditional culture of Uygur nationality in Kashi area, that is, the present situation of the protection of material culture and immaterial culture, and the measures taken in the work of protecting the excellent traditional culture of Uygur nationality in Kashi area since the founding of the people's Republic of China. The fourth part, on the basis of the above contents and from the present situation of Uygur excellent traditional culture protection in Kashgar region, finds out the existing problems, deeply analyzes the causes of such problems, and finds out the root cause. The fifth part of the Uygur in Kashi region in the process of the protection and development of the outstanding traditional culture found in the process of problems, combined with domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research results and personal thinking, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
