【摘要】：文化和谐是文化之间多元并存、兼容互补、协调有序、活而不乱的良好的关系状态。文化和谐不仅包含横向的不同文化形态之间的和谐,更包含着纵向的不同代文化之间的和谐,即代际文化和谐。代际文化和谐是文化和谐的题中之要义,必须之维度。但是,长久以来我们都将关注的目光聚焦到横向的不同文化形态之间的和谐上,纵向的代际文化和谐却被忽略了。因此,将文化和谐的目光聚焦,从传统横向关注转到纵向的代际观照上,是探寻文化和谐的深层规律,建构人与文化协同并进的文化和谐的必然要求。本文是以代际为主轴、文化为对象、和谐为目标、当代中国为基本场域所进行的研究。本文首先探讨了代际文化和谐的涵义、功能和相关理论支持,搭建了代际文化和谐的基本理论框架。然后,分别从宏观、中观和微观三层面,对当代中国的代际文化和谐进行了深入而又系统的考察。类代际文化和谐是宏观层面的代际文化和谐,是人类整体视域下的观照,具体来说就是前代、本代和后代的文化和谐。类代际文化和谐把人类社会当作一个有机的整体来看待,不仅关注人的现在,还要关注人的过去和未来,其实质是要遵循文化传承的代际规律,让前代、本代和后代的文化兼容互补、协调有序、充满活力。然而,在当代中国类代际文化和谐的建构实践中面临着对前代的文化传承不足、本代文化创新乏力、对后代的文化权利漠视等困境。这就决定了树立文化发展的代际自觉,坚持社会主义先进文化的引领,走文化发展的综合创新之路是当代中国类代际文化和谐建构的必要进路。社会代际文化和谐是中观层面的代际文化和谐,是以在场各代人为对象的代际文化和谐观照,具体来说主要是老年、中年和青年的文化和谐。处于不同年龄段的老年、中年、青年,虽然共场但由于在成长环境、知识经验、社会阅历等方面不同,导致了他们在思想观念、生活方式、情感等方面存在明显的差异。在当代中国激烈的社会变迁中这些差异不断扩大,甚至演化成了剧烈的代际冲突。构建当代中国的社会代际文化和谐,要通过培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、传承优秀的传统思想观念、借鉴优秀的外来思想观念进行观念的代际整合；要建立平等、互信、宽容的代际沟通,在代际沟通中增进了解,消除隔阂,凝聚共识；要深入推进文化反哺,增强年长一代的社会适应能力,让老年、中年、青年携手并进共赴美好明天。家庭代际文化和谐是微观层面的代际文化和谐,是以血缘为纽带,家庭作为场域的代际文化和谐观照,具体来说就是以亲子关系为主轴的代际文化和谐。家庭是社会的细胞,是人最基本的生活单位,它全息地反映着社会的变迁。伴随着当代中国激烈的社会变迁,中国的家庭呈现出结构小型化和核心化、代际重心下移、人口流动频繁等新变化和新特点,这些新变化和新特点改变了家庭的结构、功能和关系,也深刻影响着家庭各代的思想观念、生活方式和情感,给家庭代际文化和谐带来了新的挑战。因而,构建当代中国的家庭代际文化和谐,要在孝文化的现代重塑中整合各代的家庭观念；要在家庭功能的现代提升中增强家庭的代际凝聚力；要通过人口流动的家庭化、农民工回流、增进代际沟通等方式破解因人口流动带来的家庭代际文化冲突。文化即人化、文化与人同在。思想政治教育在促进代际文化和谐中彰显出其特殊的功能和作用。它不仅能帮助解决代际文化和谐与文化的可持续发展课题,推动文化的大繁荣大发展,更有助于促进人与人之间、代与代之间和谐共生,从而形成推进人的自由全面发展和社会永续发展的强大合力。
[Abstract]:Cultural harmony is a good relationship state between multicultural coexistence, compatible complementarity, coordination and order, living without disorder. Cultural harmony not only contains the harmony between different cultural forms, but also contains the harmony between different generations of culture, that is, intergenerational cultural harmony. Intergenerational cultural harmony is the key to cultural harmony. However, for a long time, we have focused our attention on the harmony between different cultural forms, and the vertical intergenerational cultural harmony is ignored. Therefore, the focus of cultural harmony, from the traditional horizontal concern to the vertical intergenerational reflection, is to explore the deep law of cultural harmony and to construct the human and prose. This article is the study of contemporary China for the basic field. This paper first discusses the connotation, function and relevant theory support of intergenerational cultural harmony, and the basic theoretical framework of intergenerational cultural harmony. In view, meso and microcosmic three levels, the intergenerational cultural harmony of contemporary China is deeply and systematically investigated. The intergenerational cultural harmony is the intergenerational cultural harmony in the macro level, the view of the human whole view, the cultural harmony of the previous generation, the present generation and the descendants. The intergenerational cultural harmony takes the human society as one. As a whole, we should not only pay attention to the present of people, but also pay attention to the past and future of human beings. The essence of it is to follow the intergenerational laws of cultural inheritance, and make the cultural compatibility of the former, the present generation and the future generations complementary, coordinated and energetic. However, in the construction practice of contemporary Chinese intergenerational cultural harmony, the cultural transmission of the former generation is faced. This is a necessary approach to the harmonious construction of the intergenerational culture of contemporary China. The social intergenerational cultural harmony is the meso level. The intergenerational cultural harmony is the intergenerational cultural harmony of the people on the present generation, which is mainly the cultural harmony of the elderly, middle-aged and young people. The old age, middle age and youth in different ages, although they are different in the growing environment, knowledge experience, social experience and so on, lead to their ideas and life. There are obvious differences in ways and emotions. In the intense social change of contemporary China, these differences continue to expand and even have evolved into violent intergenerational conflicts. To build contemporary Chinese social intergenerational cultural harmony, we should cultivate and practice the core values of socialism, inherit excellent traditional ideas and draw lessons from outstanding foreign countries. In order to establish the intergenerational integration of ideas, we should establish the intergenerational communication of equality, mutual trust and tolerance, enhance understanding in the intergenerational communication, eliminate barriers and condense the consensus; promote cultural nurturing, strengthen the social adaptation of the older generation, let the elderly, middle age, and young people go forward to a better tomorrow. Family intergenerational cultural harmony is The intergenerational cultural harmony at the micro level is the link of blood relationship, the family as the intergenerational cultural harmony of the field and the intergenerational cultural harmony with the relationship of parent-child as the main axis. The family is the cell of the society and the most basic living unit of the human being. It reflects the social changes holoely. It is accompanied by the fierce social change in contemporary China. Migrated, the family of China presents a small structure and a core, a downward shift of center of gravity, a frequent change in the flow of population and other new features. These new changes and characteristics have changed the structure, function and relationship of the family. It also profoundly affects the ideas of the family, the way of living and the emotion, and brings a new choice to the cultural harmony of the family. Therefore, the construction of the contemporary Chinese family intergenerational cultural harmony should integrate the family concept of each generation in the modern remolding of filial piety culture, strengthen the intergenerational cohesion of the family in the modern promotion of family function, the family transformation of the population flow, the reflux of migrant workers, and the promotion of intergenerational communication to solve the families brought about by the population flow. Ideological and political education shows its special functions and functions in promoting intergenerational cultural harmony.
