西藏文化政策现状与对策建议

【摘要】：近年来,西藏为了促进文化大发展大繁荣,连续出台了一系列文化政策与措施,使西藏文化得以较快的发展,但是,通过实地调研,发现依然存在较多的问题,值得深入思考与研究。本文在调研的基础上,提出了西藏文化政策存在的问题,分析了存在问题的原因,并提出了一些对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to promote the great development and prosperity of culture in Tibet, a series of cultural policies and measures have been introduced in succession to enable the rapid development of Tibetan culture. However, through field research, it is found that there are still many problems. It is worth deep thinking and research. On the basis of investigation and investigation, this paper puts forward the problems existing in Tibet's cultural policy, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
