【摘要】：当前的"一带一路"战略构想为中西文化交融创设了崭新机会和便捷通道,应抓住该契机,明确中西文化交融的重要意义,克服中西文化交融的历史与现实条件限制,营造和平、和谐的外交环境,建设中国特色的文化事业与文化产业。鼓励和扶植中西文化交流,深化多种形式的中西文化民间互动,大力培育中西文化交融的相关人才,从而弘扬中华文化,讲好中国故事,凝聚文化共识,构建美好的人类命运共同体。
[Abstract]:The current strategic conception of "Belt and Road" creates a new opportunity and convenient channel for the blending of Chinese and Western cultures. We should seize this opportunity, make clear the important significance of the blending of Chinese and Western cultures, and overcome the limitations of historical and realistic conditions of the blending of Chinese and Western cultures. To build a peaceful and harmonious diplomatic environment and to build cultural undertakings and industries with Chinese characteristics. To encourage and foster cultural exchanges between China and the West, to deepen various forms of folk interaction between Chinese and Western cultures, and to vigorously cultivate the talents who are related to the blend of Chinese and Western cultures, so as to carry forward Chinese culture, to tell Chinese stories well, and to gather cultural consensus. To build a beautiful human destiny community.
