溧水区“美丽乡村”文化建设的现状分析与发展思考

【摘要】：在"美丽乡村"建设过程中,文化建设是"记住乡愁"的基础,是乡村发展的"软实力"。溧水区在"美丽乡村"建设过程中充分重视文化建设,取得了系列成效,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题,如文化产品占有量较低,文化娱乐形式较为单一;传统民俗活动日渐式微,农民对政府期待较高;公共文化活动新老交替明显,开展活动总体较少;村民文化需求较为强烈,老年人文化享受问题突出;文化团体发展较快,但服务质量有待加强等,存在着偏重送文化、有阵地无组织等问题,今后需要在文化氛围营造、组织建设、资金保障、创新方式方法上下功夫,更好推动文化建设。
[Abstract]:In the construction of "beautiful countryside", cultural construction is the basis of "remembering homesickness" and the "soft power" of rural development. The Lishui District pays full attention to the cultural construction in the process of "beautiful village" construction, and has made a series of achievements. However, there are still some problems to be solved, such as the low possession of cultural products and the single form of cultural entertainment. Traditional folklore activities are declining gradually, farmers expect higher from the government; public cultural activities alternate between the old and the new obviously, and the activities are generally less; the cultural needs of villagers are relatively strong, the problems of cultural enjoyment for the elderly are prominent; the cultural groups develop faster. But the service quality needs to be strengthened, there are some problems, such as the emphasis on culture delivery, the lack of organization in the position, and so on. In the future, we need to work hard on the construction of cultural atmosphere, organization construction, fund guarantee, and innovative ways and methods so as to better promote cultural construction.
