“一带一路”倡议中的文明互鉴与遗产共享——论维吾尔古典遗产与非物质文化遗产的文化桥梁作用

【摘要】：在"一带一路"大背景下,丝绸之路沿线国家谋求与中国共同发展的热情日益高涨。在经贸合作、文化先行策略的影响下,曾经在中亚地区具有广泛影响的《突厥语大词典》《福乐智慧》《五卷诗》《四卷诗集》,至今依然是相关国家和族群共享的古代经典,其中的诸多文化元素早已融入人们的生活世界,并在当下的非物质文化遗产项目中得以传承和实践,受到这些国家的特别关注。因此,在"一带一路"倡议的实施中,中国应该积极推动沿丝绸之路的非物质文化遗产保护,依托相关民族的古典遗产及其文化多样性,充分展示其中的非物质文化遗产特征与现代张力,在深层次上营造文明交流互鉴和遗产共享共赏的文化对话氛围,让新丝绸之路成为跨文化交流和民心相通的和谐之路。

Therefore, in the implementation of the "The Belt and Road" initiative, China should actively promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage along the Silk Road Based on the phase. The classical heritage and cultural diversity of the customs and its cultural diversity fully demonstrate the characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage and the modern tension, and create a cultural dialogue atmosphere of cultural exchange and mutual appreciation and share sharing in the deep level, and make the new Silk Road a way of intercultural communication and the harmony of the people.
