文化馆公共文化服务满意度研究

【摘要】：正文化馆作为各类公益性文化设施之首,在现代公共文化服务体系建设中发挥着重要作用。研究文化馆公共文化服务满意度,对于提升其公共文化服务水平,具有十分重要的意义。笔者通过使用第四次全国文化馆评估定级满意度调查问卷,针对浙江文化馆进行了问卷调研。利用SPSS20对回收的302份有效问卷进行因子分析,构建满意度分析模型并计算满意度。结果表明,文化馆公共文化服务的总体满意度为
[Abstract]:As the first of all kinds of public welfare cultural facilities, the cultural museum plays an important role in the construction of modern public culture service system. It is of great significance to study the satisfaction of the public cultural service of the culture museum for the promotion of the level of its public cultural service. The author uses Fourth National cultural libraries to evaluate the degree of satisfaction. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the Zhejiang Culture Museum. Using SPSS20 to analyze the 302 valid questionnaires, the satisfaction analysis model was constructed and the satisfaction was calculated. The results showed that the overall satisfaction of the cultural museum's public cultural service was the overall satisfaction.
