河北省留学生跨文化适应影响因素的分析

【摘要】：跨文化适应一直是跨文化交际领域的一大课题，国内外的学者已从不同角度进行了深入的研究。教育的国际化，使得来华留学生的数目不断增长，留学生的跨文化适应问题也越来越受到关注，河北地区的留学生跨文化适应问题亦是如此。解决河北地区留学生跨文化适应的问题，首先要分析这一群体的跨文化适应影响因素。鉴于此，本研究尝试以跨文化研究领域著名学者Kim的跨文化适应模型和Worde的二维度文化适应理论为理论基础，采用定量和定性的研究方法,对河北地区三所高校留学生的跨文化适应水平以及影响因素进行分析，旨在了解河北地区留学生的文化适应情况，找出其主要影响因素，希望可以为解决这一群体跨文化适应的问题提供实证参考。定性研究的部分,通过对河北科技大学的9名留学生进行深度访谈，了解其跨文化适应程度和结果以及影响因素。其结果表明：大部分留学在初到中国都有不同程度的文化适应问题，由于自身采取的各种方法和得到多种渠道的帮助最终达到了适应，适应程度较好，其中社会支持的影响力最大。定量研究的部分，，根据对跨文化适应影响因素的分析和总结，设计出跨文化适应影响因素调查问卷，发放给河北地区60名高校留学生。调查问卷中的问题涉及到了影响文化适应的各个因素，最终找出影响河北省留学生跨文化适应的主要因素。根据采访得出的结论和问卷的调查结果表明，影响河北地区留学生文化适应的主要因素有内部因素中的人格、期望值、跨文化经历，以及外部因素中的生活社会支持、生活改变、留学时间、文化距离。
[Abstract]:Cross-cultural adaptation has always been a major topic in the field of cross-cultural communication, and scholars at home and abroad have carried out in-depth research from different angles. With the internationalization of education, the number of international students in China has been increasing, and the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students has been paid more and more attention, and so has the problem of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in Hebei. To solve the problem of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in Hebei, we should first analyze the influencing factors of cross-cultural adaptation of this group. In view of this, this study attempts to use quantitative and qualitative research methods based on the cross-cultural adaptation model of Kim, a well-known cross-cultural research scholar, and the two-dimensional cultural adaptation theory of Worde. This paper analyzes the level of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in three colleges and universities in Hebei and its influencing factors, in order to understand the cultural adaptation of foreign students in Hebei, and find out the main influencing factors. It is hoped that it can provide an empirical reference for solving the problem of cross-cultural adaptation of this group. In the part of qualitative research, 9 foreign students from Hebei University of Science and Technology were interviewed in depth to find out the degree of cross-cultural adaptation, the results and the influencing factors. The results show that most of the students studied abroad at the beginning of their study in China have different degrees of cultural adaptation problems. Due to the various methods adopted by themselves and the help of various channels, they have finally reached adaptation, and the degree of adaptation is relatively good. Among them, social support has the greatest influence. In the part of quantitative research, according to the analysis and summary of the influencing factors of cross-cultural adaptation, the questionnaire of influencing factors of cross-cultural adaptation is designed and distributed to 60 college students in Hebei province. The questions in the questionnaire are related to the various factors affecting cultural adaptation, and finally find out the main factors that affect the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in Hebei Province. According to the conclusion of the interview and the survey results of the questionnaire, the main factors influencing the cultural adaptation of the foreign students in Hebei area are personality, expectation, cross-cultural experience, and the social support of life among the external factors.
