习近平文化软实力战略思想探微

【摘要】：习近平的文化软实力思想是主动顺应全面深化改革时代的必然之举。他提出了增强国家文化软实力的"两个必须坚持"基本方略,初步形成了着力培育社会主义核心价值观、大力发展以公有制为主体的多种文化产权制度、积极完善以民族文化为主体的文化开放体系和努力构建党委政府与市场双重作用相协调的文化调节机制的基本格局,进而构成了文化软实力战略思想的总体框架。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's thought of cultural soft power is an inevitable move to adapt to the era of comprehensive deepening reform. He put forward the basic strategy of "two must adhere to" to enhance the soft power of the national culture, and initially formed a multi-cultural property right system with emphasis on cultivating socialist core values and vigorously developing the system of multi-cultural property rights with public ownership as the main body. The cultural opening system with the national culture as the main body and the basic pattern of the cultural adjustment mechanism which is coordinated by the Party committee government and the market are actively perfected and the overall framework of the strategic thought of cultural soft power is formed.
