【摘要】：正2016年,我国在浙江、河南、湖北等省份新设立了第三批七个自贸试验区,此次新设立的自贸试验区将形成具有自身地域及产业特色、侧重点不同的多元化自贸区发展格局,自贸试验区的新设对于文化服务贸易的发展具有积极的推动作用。从政策层面来看,2015年商务部与北京市人民政府出台了《北京市服务业扩大开放综合试点实施方案》,2016年国务院先后出台了《关于推动文化文物单位文化创意产品开发若干意见的通知》
[Abstract]:In 2016, China set up the third batch of seven free trade test zones in Zhejiang, Henan, Hubei and other provinces. The newly established free trade test zones will form a diversified pattern of development with their own regional and industrial characteristics and different emphasis on free trade zones. The establishment of the FTAZ has a positive effect on the development of trade in cultural services. At the policy level, in 2015, the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal people's Government issued the "Comprehensive pilot implementation Plan for the expansion of the opening of the Beijing Municipal Service Industry", and in 2016 the State Council successively issued the "on promoting the opening up of Cultural and Creative products of Cultural relics Units" Notice of certain opinions issued
