昆明市文化产业发展的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：当今,文化是一个国家软实力的体现,文化成为国际竞争的主要内容,文化生产成为人类重要的生产形式,文化产业是市场经济条件下组织文化生产的有效方式,是文化竞争的主要手段。我国的文化产业起步较晚,但发展较快,各地结合自身实际情况进行了文化产业发展的积极探索。昆明市的文化产业也取得了较好发展,但是在新的形势下,面临发展的一些问题,需要系统的对策加以解决。 论文立足产业整体发展,在充分了解国内外文化产业发展态势的基础上,运用多种研究方法,对昆明市文化产业的发展情况、存在问题、产业结构等方面进行多角度、多维度分析。指出昆明市文化产业在云南省占有较高的比重,但近年发展速度放缓,面临产业发展提质升级问题。论文还从政策、资源、区位、发展软环境等方面系统地分析了昆明市文化产业发展的优势。针对目前文化产业发展情况,从政策配套、产业布局、园区建设、市场建设、人才建设、对外贸易等方面指出昆明市文化产业发展存在的问题。对昆明文化产业发展面临机遇进行了判断。在分析时把文化与产业有机结合,统筹考虑,既突出文化产业与其他产业的不同,又不隔离文化产业与其他产业的联系。提出文化产业是实现经济发展方式改变的重要途径,昆明市文化产业正处在转型期,需要改变文化产业发展方式。 论文通过对昆明市文化产业相关问题的关联研究,从多个方面辩证地提出文化产业发展对策：认为昆明市应立足自身,顺应潮流,形成系统性文化产业政策,加强政府引导,完善市场体系,加大文化资源保护开发力度,发展新兴文化产业,科学进行产业布局,打造民族文化品牌,重视大项目带动和园区建设,加强人才队伍建设,促进文化与科技、金融、旅游的深度融合发展,全面推进文化产业“走出去”。探索一条各种要素汇集、各种业态协调推进的文化产业特色化发展道路。
[Abstract]:Today , culture is the reflection of the soft power of a country , the culture becomes the main content of international competition , the culture production becomes the important production form of human beings . The cultural industry is the main means of organization culture production under the condition of market economy . It is the main means of cultural competition .

Based on the development of cultural industry in Kunming , the paper analyzes the development of cultural industry in Kunming . It points out that Kunming ' s cultural industry has a higher proportion in Yunnan Province .

Based on the research on the related problems of the cultural industry in Kunming , the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of cultural industry from a variety of aspects : it is believed that Kunming should be based on itself and tide , form a systematic cultural industry policy , strengthen the government guidance , improve the market system , strengthen the development of cultural resources protection , develop the new cultural industry , promote the development of culture and science and technology , finance and tourism , and push forward the cultural industry to go out .
