中韩共同文化遗产及其合作保护问题研究

【摘要】：自古以来，中韩关系以相同文字，相同思想为基础，持续不断地交流发展而来，由于两国共同拥有同一的文化起源，所以存在着拥有共同起源的文化遗产，共同历史的文化遗产，密切相关、不可分割的文化遗产。这些文化遗产可以称为中韩两国的共同文化遗产。中韩两国在历史发展过程中，一个国家创造出突出性、优秀性的文化时，两国使臣通过和平的、友谊的方式互相传播、互相共享，然后一起把自己国家的文化发展起来的历史事实是值得世界关注的伟大的事例。两国文化遗产的优越价值被世界所公认，虽然已有的文化遗产保护领域取得了许多成就，但还存在一些不足之处。两国都要百尺竿头，更进一步。本文指出的两国文化遗产保护领域的不足之处是，两国都过度热衷于申报列为世界遗产、过度关注文化遗产的经济价值和过度关注本国文化遗产的优越性等三个方面。两国历史关系的密切性必然引起文化遗产的相关性和共同性。有的文化遗产基于同源，有的是通过人员往来等方式将优秀文化传播到另一个国家。无论传播方式和文化种类有何不同，文化遗产的相关性和共同性不能否认。对于已经列入世界文化遗产的，本文通过以下几个部分进行展示，来考察其文化遗产的相关性和共同性。其一，与儒家思想与政治制度有关的文化遗产，其二，佛教和道教等宗教有关文化遗产，其三，音乐、美术、书法等艺术领域文化遗产，其四，节日等传统岁时有关文化遗产。本文以两国共同文化遗产的共同历史内涵和相关历史内涵为研究基础，，以两国对两国共同文化遗产的共同价值的共同认同为评价尺度，以两国共同文化遗产的共同保护及其现状改善为研究目标，以其中那些已被列入联合国教科文组织世界遗产名录和近几年两国国民之间比较关注的文化遗产为主要考察对象，通过分析《高丽大藏经》、《宗庙祭礼与宗庙祭礼乐》、《东医宝鉴》和《朝鲜族有关文化遗产》等韩国代表性的世界文化遗产，来分析阐述中韩两国在文化遗产保护方面进行努力合作的必要性。中韩两国之间为了建立可持续发展的友好关系，首先一定要推进文化领域的合作，笔者认为两国文化遗产领域应该合作保护的内容占两国文化遗产的主要部分，尤其是两国共同文化遗产可以成为合作保护的主要对象。包含两国共同记忆的文化遗产可以在两国交流中充当重要媒介和桥梁，而非现在宏观的、大结构的合作和认同，合作水平还停留在较低的层次。两国之间要把文化合作放在中心地位。要以文化，尤其是共同文化遗产为中心，持续不断脚踏实地的推进具体事项的展开。只有在文化遗产保护上进行学术、政府、民间和制度方面的全面合作，才能解决当前两国在文化遗产保护上存在的矛盾，成为两国实现真正全面合作的基础。本文指出，通过在文化遗产发掘、认知和保护领域的两国共同努力，有助于解决目前在东亚地区国家之间存在的一些纠纷和矛盾，形成对两国共同历史、共同文化的共同认同，增进两国的世代友好。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, Sino Korean relations are based on the same words, the same thought as the basis, and continue to exchange and develop. Because of the common cultural origin of the two countries, there are cultural heritage with common origin, cultural heritage of common history, closely related and inseparable cultural heritage. These cultural heritages can be called China and South Korea. The common cultural heritage of the two countries. During the historical development of the two countries, the two countries created a prominent and excellent culture, and the two countries propagate each other through peaceful, friendly ways and shared each other, and then the history of the development of their country's culture is a great example of the world's attention.
The superior value of the cultural heritage of the two countries is recognized by the world. Although many achievements have been made in the field of cultural heritage protection, there are still some shortcomings. The two countries should go further. The shortcomings of the two countries' protection of cultural heritage are that both countries are overly enthusiastic about declaring world heritage, over the two countries. We should pay close attention to three aspects: the economic value of cultural heritage and the superiority of excessive attention to the cultural heritage of our country.
The close relationship between the historical relations of the two countries will inevitably lead to the relevance and commonality of cultural heritage. Some cultural heritages are based on the same origin, and some are transmitted to another country by means of personnel exchanges. No matter how different the modes of communication and the types of culture are, the customs and commonality of cultural heritage can not be denied. The world cultural heritage, this article is demonstrated through the following parts to examine the relevance and commonality of its cultural heritage.
