我国乡镇公共文化基础设施建设的现状、问题与对策

【摘要】：在中国特色社会主义快速发展的进程中,党中央提出了"坚持把发展公益性文化事业作为保障人民基本文化权益的主要途径,加大投入力度,加强社区和乡村文化设施建设"的指导思想。近年来,在党中央的支持下,在社会各界的大力支持下,我国的公共文化事业取得了明显的成效,为和谐社会的发展和打造各方面的文化氛围做出来突出的贡献。但由于一些相关制度的不完善,以及发展的时间尚短,还存在了方方面面的问题有待于解决。
[Abstract]:In the course of the rapid development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the CPC Central Committee has put forward that "the development of public welfare cultural undertakings should be the main way to safeguard the people's basic cultural rights and interests, and increase investment," The guiding ideology of strengthening the construction of community and rural cultural facilities. In recent years, with the support of the CPC Central Committee and the support of all walks of life, the public cultural undertakings of our country have achieved remarkable results, and have made outstanding contributions to the development of a harmonious society and the creation of cultural atmosphere in all aspects. However, due to the imperfections of some related systems and the short time of development, there are still many problems to be solved.
