关于提高国家文化软实力的几点认识

【摘要】：文化是民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,是综合国力竞争的重要因素,是经济社会发展的重要支撑。文化软实力是相对物质硬实力而言,一切无形的、难以量化的表现为精神力量的实力,都属于文化软实力。加强国家文化软实力建设,是全面增强国家综合国力的内在要求,也是实现国家和平发展的战略之举。提高文化软实力、建设文化强国是"国家富强"的重要目标,是"民族振兴"的内在要求,是"人民幸福"的重要源泉。提高建设先进文化的能力、提升文化软实力是提高党的执政能力的重要内容。加强社会主义文化建设,提高国家文化软实力,很重要的就是要加强党对文化工作的领导。这是提高国家文化软实力的根本保证。
[Abstract]:Culture is an important source of national cohesion and creativity, an important factor of comprehensive national strength competition, and an important support of economic and social development. Cultural soft power is relative to material and hard power, all intangible, difficult to quantify as the strength of the spiritual power, all belong to the cultural soft power. Strengthening the construction of national cultural soft power is the internal requirement of comprehensively strengthening the national comprehensive national strength, and is also a strategic move to realize the country's peaceful development. To improve the soft power of culture and to build a strong country is the important goal of "national prosperity", the internal requirement of "national rejuvenation" and the important source of "people's happiness". Improving the ability of constructing advanced culture and enhancing the soft power of culture are the important contents of improving the ruling ability of the Party. It is very important to strengthen the Party's leadership in cultural work to strengthen socialist cultural construction and enhance the soft power of national culture. This is the fundamental guarantee of improving the soft power of national culture.
