山东省邹城市农村文化大院建设研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代末,农民自行创办、民办公助等形式的文化大院逐渐出现。农村文化大院在山东省的建设实践中,主要指村级文化大院。农村文化大院在加强农村公共文化服务体系建设,满足农村群众的精神文化需求方面发挥了重要作用。因村而宜,因地制宜,农村文化大院建设应该体现以人为本,服务群众的本质要求。但是,由于区域发展不平衡,特别是较偏远山区等经济相对不发达地区农村文化建设的滞后,无论从资金投入,还是制度建设等方面,均不能实现较均衡覆盖,导致农村文化大院建设分布不平衡,文化大院本应具备的文化传承传播、创新发展农村新文化、提升农村群众道德文化素质等现实功能作用缺失,这也需要我们认真思考农村文化大院建设的有关问题。本文即以山东省邹城市文化大院建设现状为例,采取实地调研和文献研究法,探讨如何建设更加贴近群众生活,真正满足群众需求、需要的农村文化大院。
[Abstract]:At the end of 1990 s, farmers started themselves, private-run public aid and other forms of cultural compound gradually emerged. The rural cultural compound in Shandong Province construction practice, mainly refers to the village level cultural courtyard. The rural cultural compound plays an important role in strengthening the construction of rural public cultural service system and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of rural people. According to the village and local conditions, the construction of rural cultural compound should embody the essence of people-oriented and serve the masses. However, due to the imbalance in regional development, especially the lagging of rural cultural construction in relatively underdeveloped areas such as remote mountainous areas, it is impossible to achieve a more balanced coverage in terms of capital investment and institutional construction. As a result, the construction and distribution of the rural cultural compound is unbalanced, the cultural heritage and dissemination that the cultural compound should possess, the innovation and development of the new rural culture, the promotion of the moral and cultural quality of the rural masses, and so on. This also requires us to seriously think about the construction of rural cultural compound related issues. Taking the present situation of cultural courtyard construction in Zoucheng City of Shandong Province as an example, this paper discusses how to build a rural cultural courtyard which is closer to the life of the masses and meets the needs of the masses by adopting the method of field investigation and literature research.
