中国海洋文化与海洋经济协同演化研究

【摘要】:本研究运用演化经济学、制度经济学、经济学新发展观以及马克思主义文化发展观等多学科理论作为基础,采用文献整理归纳、定量研究与定性分析相结合以及比较研究等多中研究方法,通过与世界海洋强国美国在发展海洋产业的角度进行对比,总结现阶段发展我国海洋产业的关键在于提升国民海洋意识,强化海洋文化宣导。通过实证研究,将海洋文化因素通过海洋经济指标进行替换,在文化与经济灰色关联分析的基础上,采用一元线性回归方程量化海洋文化对于海洋经济的促进作用,揭示了海洋文化对于海洋经济发展的重要性并提出利用当前流行的微博宣导海洋文化,,以树立年轻一代海洋意识为重点,突出海洋开放意识以及海洋冒险意识的具体步骤策略。 本研究共分成六章: 第一章为引言部分,主要是简要阐述了本文选题的背景、研究意义以及研究思路与研究方法。此外,从海洋产业、海洋经济以及海洋文化的研究综述三个方面展开,对前人的研究分别进行梳理。 第二章对海洋文化的内涵与范围进行了梳理。鉴于文化的动态性,从文化的内涵为依归,对海洋文化的内涵和组成作出了阐述,从而为助力海洋经济的发展拟定发展重点。 第三章是基于对比分析美国与我国海洋产业发展的现状,提出海洋文化有助于我国海洋产业发展。本章主要通过比较研究的方法从宏观的角度通过PEST模型从发展海洋产业的政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境和科技环境四个角度,与美国这个海洋强国进行对比,发现中国的海洋产业发展缺乏国家层面的相关法律法规以及经济倾斜政策,国民普遍缺乏海洋意识,海洋科技的研究缺乏学科间的交叉融合。要改善中国海洋产业的宏观环境,首要任务是提升国民的海洋意识,形成我国特色的海洋文化,让所有国民意识到海洋发展的重要性,敦促国家出台配套完善的海洋相管法律以及经济倾斜政策。 第四章通过实证分析,在定性分析的基础上,阐述了建立完善的中国特色海洋文化有利于文化资本的积累,并通过构建文化替代性经济学指标与海洋经济发展的回归模型,量化了海洋文化对于海洋经济发展的作用。进一步证明了推广我国的海洋文化对于发展海洋经济中所扮演的重要作用。 第五章是促进海洋文化与海洋经济协同发展的对策措施。本章通过当今年轻一代使用率较高的自媒体平台--微博作为媒介,采用特定的微博宣传策略可以循序渐进的在我国年轻一代中树立海洋意识,强化年青一代的海洋创新意识、海洋冒险意识为我国新时期海洋文化与海洋经济协同发展奠定基础。本章通过分析微博平台的使用功能,提出有效强化我国年轻一代的微博宣传战略和步骤,并总结在此过程中可能遇到的风险并提出相应具有操作性的风险防范措施。 第六章是结论与展望。海洋经济客观反映海洋产业的发展。提升海洋意识,推广中国海洋文化有助于当前海洋经济的发展。最后,总结本文研究过程中的不足并提出关于“海洋文化对于海洋经济发展”研究的可行的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of marine economic indicators , the paper summarizes the importance of marine culture to the development of marine economy and puts forward the concrete steps strategy of exploiting marine culture in order to set up a young generation of marine awareness , to emphasize ocean open consciousness and marine adventure consciousness .
This study is divided into six chapters :
The first chapter introduces the background , the significance and the research methods of the thesis . In addition , the research of the marine industry , the marine economy and the ocean culture is carried out in three aspects , and the research of the former is carded out separately .
In the second chapter , the connotation and the scope of the marine culture are reviewed . In view of the dynamic nature of culture , the connotation and composition of the marine culture are expounded , so as to formulate the development focus for the development of the ocean economy .
The third chapter is based on the comparative analysis of the present situation of the development of marine industry in the United States and China , and puts forward that the marine culture can contribute to the development of marine industry in China .
In the fourth chapter , on the basis of qualitative analysis , the paper expounds that the establishment of perfect Chinese characteristic marine culture is beneficial to the accumulation of cultural capital , and the role of marine culture in the development of marine economy is quantified by constructing the regression model of cultural alternative economic index and ocean economic development . It further proves that the promotion of marine culture plays an important role in the development of marine economy .
The fifth chapter is to promote the coordinated development of marine culture and marine economy . Through analyzing the use function of the micro - blog platform , this chapter puts forward the strategies and steps to strengthen the micro - blog communication strategy and steps of the younger generation in our country , and summarizes the risks that may be encountered in this process and puts forward the corresponding operational risk prevention measures .
The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect . The marine economy objectively reflects the development of the marine industry . The promotion of ocean awareness and the promotion of Chinese ocean culture can help the development of the current marine economy . Finally , this paper summarizes the deficiencies in the study and puts forward the feasible research direction about " ocean culture for the development of the marine economy " .
